One of the key decisions a grower and advisor has to make is how to plan for the future and how resources can be most effectively used. This year the nut industry is expected to have record crop yields.  Almonds, for example, will be an all-time record.  In contrast, the market price for almonds is looking to be near break-even rates.  So what do we do?
