Before James’ spears leaked a Petition to Terminate the Conservatorship of the Person and Estate Britney’s legal team came out swinging against the Spears ‘reply’ where James Spears said he would ‘step down’ when the ‘time is right' and once the accountings (where he is asking for over 1.3 million in legal fees to his attorneys paid by Britney Spears) are settled. Rosengart has backed James Spears into a corner and we are far from done… because this is going to be a fight.
