The charges include 1st-degree murder, kidnapping, and conspiracy to murder in the first degree.Cora's teenage daughter, CW, bravely told OSBI that she overheard the group's plans for the homicide, the existence of 2 burner phones and that she was forced to clean the truck after the murders and the previous attempts on Butler's life.
