In this episode I’m talking about deeper levels of healing from in the Akasha. Sometimes our thought patterns bring up old wounds, trauma & residual crap that we’re holding onto. I go over how we can release it with love, send it back to source & free up our energy.
When it comes to trauma, we’re all afraid of being swallowed up by the emotional experience of remembering the pain, and that’s why we remain fragmented & store this energy. When we’re healing through the Akashic records, that vibrational frequency protects us & neutralises the fear.
I also talk about time, multiple timelines, multi dimensions, the NOW moment & past lives.
