While Colin is hopeful about the growing momentum building, he recognises that we have a long way to go.Professor Colin Mayer is the Peter Moores Professor of Management Studies at the Said Business school at University of Oxford where he was Dean between 2006 and 2011. Colin’s research explores the regulation of financial markets and institutions international comparisons of financial systems and corporate governments and their effects on the financing and control of corporations.
