Right before we started recording we had a big quote drop from Xander saying that he was informed that he will NOT be traded before the deadline. We discuss what this means in terms of his chances to get signed to an extension and what it means for the future of the franchise. The Red Sox split the series against the Guardians and unfortunately the third game of the series was solely lost by Franchy Cordero. He made three errors in a single game and easily could have had four. We grade Chaim Bloom on the roster he's constructed this year and criticize him on where he's come up short.
