A pediatrician and public health expert who serves as senior advisor at Public Health Institute, Silver coordinates their prevention policy group and improves PHI’s portfolio of programs in prevention of noncommunicable diseases in the world. We'll discuss her work to have California cannabis products labeled with warnings that detail the mental health risks associated with cannabis.
