Description
Rather than fighting to maintain the status quo with our failed institutions as other conservatives would have you do, I advocate embracing the left’s disdain for the courts. I explain what the true role of the courts was meant to be and how it has been corrupted. We still don’t have a conservative court, and 9 times out of 10, judicial supremacy will work against us. I explain why delegitimizing judicial supremacism, along with an immediate push to ban abortions in the red-state legislatures, will actually accelerate the trend of national divorce. We need that anyway because we simply cannot live together with the left.
