Description

We have a serious problem that demands answers. What do you do when we have a federal judiciary – with GOP appointees – that contorts fundamental rights beyond belief? What do you do when society wrongly views the courts as the sole and final expositor of the Constitution? Today, I go through several cases in the federal courts yesterday. Taken together, it appears that they are prepared to grant a right to invade the country but deny parental rights and First Amendment rights for Americans. The same courts who believed that states could block entry of Americans for public health are suddenly repudiating state police powers. Where is our breaking point? Nobody on the Right seems to have a plan that actually speaks to the severity of what is confronting us.
