Description
Getting your team more accountable is one of the most commonly requested topics I get asked to talk about. In this episode, I’m using the analogy of team members with a “renter” mentality versus those who feel a sense of ownership in your business. How do we maximize who you have and get them to ownership status? Three key points to listen for: Before you can do anything else, you need to be clear on what it is you need them to take accountability for. You may even need to work on your mindset first to get to a point where you want to delegate more responsibility. Rather than tasks, you need to create the opportunity for clear accountability with systems. I dive into more detail of what that looks like and where to start. The three resources you must have in place in order for your delegation of accountability to truly be successful. Lastly, you won't want to miss the final key point I make about what will make the most difference in building a team of accountable owners rather than renters. And the good news is, this one is entirely within your control. Did you love today’s episode? 1. Take a screenshot and share it to your IG stories. Tag me @stacytuschl 2.
