Description

Stacy Tuschl is a speaker, business coach, and the owner of The Academy of Performing Arts in Wisconsin. She is the author of the book “Is Your Business Worth Saving?” where she reveals proven strategies for pulling entrepreneurs out of a rut and launching them toward business success. In today’s episode, I’m going to be talking all about how to charge what you’re worth. Of course, it’s really easy for me to tell you to just raise your prices, and yes, I still get nervous when I raise mine. But it’s absolutely a necessity in your business to charge what you’re worth. Some highlights include: Pricing yourself too low can cost you your business. If you’re on the low end, people will question if the quality is really there. (minute 0:00) Higher prices equal less work. When you charge higher prices, you don’t as need as many customers to bring in the same income, and that’s a great benefit for your customers. (minute 2:00) Your pricing says something about you. You need to be very careful when you’re choosing your pricing because you could be turning away the big clients that are willing to pay a lot more for your services. (minute 3:00) Just go try it. You are worth every penny, and you’ll never know if your prices are high enough unless you just raise them. (minute 4:00)
