Description
Kia Ora Whanau. This week on the podcast, Matt talks to one of Dirt Church Radio’s original guests, Brad Dixon. Brad is a coach, runner, triathlete, coach, physiotherapist, father, husband, and now… author. For years, Brad has contributed to Kiwi Trail Runner Magazine and other publications around wellbeing and performance. Over the last few years Brad began to chip away at compiling his wisdom and that has led to his first book, Holistic Human - Enhancing Habits for Expansive Wellness. This feels like a conversation for our times. Brad’s focus on wellbeing is explicitly holistic: The sum of the system is more than the sum of its parts. Brad is hopeful, direct, and encouraging on the many things that can impact on our wellbeing and performance, our relationships with our bodies, our whanau, and the planet. As per the usual, Eugene and Matt run through some news, views, Stuff You Should Know and an excellent Greatest Run Ever. Enjoy
