I've been noticing a lot of talk about blocking these days. Blocking the news so they don't have to deal with it, blocking themselves from social media so as not to waste time, even blocking friends. It got me thinking how this is sort of a scarcity mindset. Blocking certainly isn't going to get you what you want. So in this episode, I talk about unblocking yourself.
