This week one of my favorite authors returns. Kayleen Schaefer is a journalist and author of Text Me When You Get Home, she also wrote the bestselling Kindle Single memoir Fade Out. Her work has appeared in The New York Times, Vanity Fair, The New Yorker, Vogue, and many other publications. Her new book, But You’re Still So Young, is out now. It follows eight people struggling to make the leap to adulthood. It includes sociological research and weaves in her own story. And how a checklist that sociologists created in the 1950s is no longer relevant, or even possible for many.
