Often, the Latinx community in the U.S.—especially when they are first-generation—face identity issues in terms of holding on to their roots while also working towards assimilation and success in America. This issue spans across various components in one’s life–education, career success, parenting/family, etc. On this episode of Yeah, That’s Probably an Ad we’ve invited a few members of the Adweek community to join in a candid conversation focused on how the role of identity plays out in the careers of the Latinx Community and spills into personal life as well.
