Rebecca Minkoff built a successful lifestyle brand over two decades but as her success grew as a founder, she noticed more and more the gaps in support and mentorship for female entrepreneurs and the lack of resources available. 
Determined to make a change, in 2018, Minkoff created the Female Founder Collective and teamed up with Ali Wyatt, a media specialist whose resume boasts such brands as InStyle, The Knot, Refinery29, and even Goop. Together Minkoff and Wyatt struck out to create a community of female entrepreneurs with a purpose, to connect female business owners.
Designed to create a network of female entrepreneurs, Minkoff and Wyatt explain how their collective allows female business owners to search within their industry, geography, and phase in order to connect with the most contextual resources and increase the overall financial success of all female-owned businesses.
