Neil sits in a conversation with Steve Tulowitzki. Steve, a former strategy consultant turned Professional Certified Coach and elected official, serves on the Town Council in his native Munster, Indiana. His mission is to increase our collective consciousness so that social and racial justice in America becomes the obvious choice, and he believes that TRUE change requires Truth, Reconciliation, Unity, and Execution. Steve shares how patterns of veering away from the mainstream world of white male intention has allowed him to eventually see what he could not previously see.
