It’s almost time to say goodbye to 2017 and for some of us, this year has been a rollercoaster. We all use our phones for business, obviously we are using our phones all day everyday. They are with us every second of everyday. So what is coming through that phone is driving our thoughts and decisions and our behavior. Clear out all the apps you no longer need and stop those push notifications.”   (8:45) “Those frustrations that you allow to linger, they impact you energetically. You are frustrated and we don’t have the time or energy or space to have things that we can control continue to bother us.
