Episode 17 of Trackcast by Triplejumpers features the 2019 Diamond League triple jump winner Shanieka Ricketts. Shanieka is born and raised in Jamaica so we talk about the track and field culture there. She then went to college in the U.S and eventually became one of the best triple jumpers in the world, winning the Diamond League and finishing second at Worlds in 2019.
