So often I've found myself frustrated and anxiety ridden for seemingly no reason. Only to reflect and realize how much I'm trying to get my needs met by something or someone who doesn't have the capability to meet that need. Something that could disappear tomorrow. 
I think sometimes God allows us to feel unsatisfied so that we have an indicator that we need to adjust some things and remember that He is the only one who satisfies. 
In this episode I share a personal story about when Kellan and I were engaged to be married and God told me to stop all communication with him. Say what??? But it was the best decision I've ever made.
