Balance is impossible to find. There are always challenges and unexpected responsibilities that throw off this fictional ideal. There is no perfect ratio of work life and home life that will magically solve your problems. Consonance, however, is achievable. Consonance is when all of the parts of your life line up for the same purpose. If the person you are at work is the same person you are at home, you have more of yourself to give.
