"You are the average of five people you spend the most time with." You must have heard this quote from Jim Rohn for over a zillion times. But this one piece of advice can transform your life for good.  When I worked as a Research Scientist, I was surrounded by people who'd always complain and were not happy with their life. As a result of this environment, I lost passion and eventually became frustrated with what I was doing. That was the moment when I realized I need to change my circle.  I started my podcast to pick brain of most successful and inspiring people. I was blown away by the mindset at which these people were playing. On my job, I had people around me who were complaining about the food in the cafeteria, their boss and salary. And during the nights and weekend, I was chatting with people who would talk about their vision to impact people's lives.  Their insights and vision radically transformed the way I'd show up in the world. And within fifteen months of starting my show, I got enough courage to quit my job.   When I look back today, it was those interviews and people that I surrounded myself with that helped me find my true purpose in helping people tap into their true potential.   Enjoy the episode!
