Description
Welcome to the Multi-FAMILY zone podcast, where business meets family. The hosts of the show, Julia and Gino Barbaro, have been married for over twenty years, and have six children. Julia homeschools the children, and recently became a marriage and life coach to help couples become better communicators and help enrich their lives. The couple is constantly asked about how they balance their entrepreneurial and real estate journey while raising their kids. The Multi-FAMILY zone was created to address these questions, along with a host of questions from the Jake and Gino community. Ryan Smith serves as a Principal of Elevation Capital Group bringing more than 15 years of extensive business experience in market evaluation, property analysis, management systems, due diligence and finance. Ryan graduated from the University of Tampa with a Bachelor’s of Science in Computer Science. A highly recruited athlete, Ryan was drafted as a high school senior by the Baltimore Orioles, and again in college by the Anaheim Angels, but ultimately made the decision to pursue an entrepreneurial business career. Ryan & Jamie met when they were young children, and then reconnected when they were 20 years old at a Cheesecake Factory in Winter Park, Florida. They live in Orlando, Florida, and have 4 children ages 7, 5, 3 and 1. Ryan and Jamie discuss the challenges and the benefits of working together in their business while raising a family. They share how they work together and add their own unique skills to make the partnership even stronger. They show us how running a business is just like running a family. Our favorite part is that they have the same challenges as other families, but they don't make any excuses. Questions or comments? Email us at juliabarbaro@gmail.com
