I forgot that I wanted to release this mini on the main feed so the folks at Austin Beerworks could hear it. Oh, well- better late than never! Recorded late Sept, 2020 Austin Beerworks recently released a badass mixed 6-pack of Pilsners- half of which are brewed with traditional methods, the other half with modern methods. The trick is, they don't say which is which, and challenge us to guess! It's Pils vs Pils!
