Description
Jocelyn Pierce Audet joins Kristin to talk about Somatic Healing and Self-Care.Jocelyn Pierce Audet CHP FNTP CRNC is a Certified Hakomi Practitioner with a focus on accessing the body's wisdom and innate ability to heal us on a holistic level. She has trained in multiple modalities in addition to Hakomi, including Somatic Experiencing and NeuroAffective Touch. She is a graduate of the Hakomi Institute's multi-year training program in experiential, mindfulness-based somatic therapeutic coaching. Her emphasis is on helping you to access core unconscious material inside of you through somatic (body-based) methodologies. This emphasis on the body makes the process of change more rapid and gentle than simply talking about what we already know. She is also a Nutritional Therapy Practitioner and Health Coach specializing in supporting the biochemical and physiological basis for emotional health and physical well-being. Oftentimes, combining both inner emotional exploration and biochemical and nutritional approaches to our desired outcome is more powerful and effective then using just one or the other. www.jocelynpierceaudet.com
