That’s how it felt when I was in a season of feeling lost and stuck in my life. I was anxious about what was “supposed” to be next on my path and it was exhausting. I felt myself withdrawing and like I was honestly losing my ish a little, going down all these different paths of what I should be doing. That stage was SO necessary for me and as a byproduct of that stage, this podcast was born. Now that I am coming out of that stage and feeling a lot more secure with my path, I’m able to look back and see three really important lessons that I learned that I wanted to share with you just in case it could help you or someone in your life.
