Quick Notes:The power regulator on an Arduino can provide ~500ma if you're giving it at least 7v of powerIf you're powering it from USB, it's closer to 400maEach LED can pull UP TO 60ma (20ma per color)If you're going to power a long strand of LEDs, you want to use an external power source.
