Dr. Mildred Peyton is a survivor.  Despite having a Ph.D. in Human and Social Services, a Bachelor’s degree in Social Work and Sociology and a Master’s degree in Counseling Psychology, she still experienced bullying first hand both on the job and in her role as a mother. As an expert on bullying Dr. Mildred speaks from the heart and real-world application. She understands  the denial, pain, frustration, embarrassment, guilt and sometimes even downright rage that consumes you when you or someone you love is being taken advantage of. Episode Summary:
Mildred and Patrice share candid stories of their experiences with workplace and online bullying while divulging tangible steps to overcome this obstacle that is often over simplified or dismissed.
