Jim Cobb is a nationally recognized authority on disaster readiness. He is the author of numerous books, including Prepper's Home Defense, Countdown to Preparedness, and Prepper's Long-Term Survival Guide. Jim is a frequent contributor to several magazines, such as American Survival Guide, Survivor's Edge, and RECOIL OFFGRID. He was recently brought on to be Editor in Chief for a new magazine called Prepper Survival Guide. He was also a featured instructor in the Make Ready to Survive DVD series from Panteao Productions. Jim has been studying and living disaster preparedness for over thirty years.
