Dr. Jeff Sindelar and Dr. Matt Kraner are practicing dentists in St. Louis, MO and co-founders of Smile-Advantage, an organization created to provide services to help dentists and their office managers to successfully implement an in-office savings plan legally and without any forms of fee splitting.   In a time when dental insurance regulations are on the rise and reimbursements are drastically decreasing, dentists need to consider positioning their Practices in a way to remain successful amidst all the change and to serve a growing demographic of seniors and the employed without benefits.
