Julia Norgaard is a Ph.D. Candidate in Economics at George Mason University. Julia is also a Ph.D. Fellow at the Mercatus Center and a Graduate Lecturer at George Mason University. Her interests include development and institutional economics as well as public choice. Julia’s teaching include Managerial Economics, Public Choice Economics, Economic Development of Developing Nations and Economies in Transition. She received her Masters degree in economics from George Mason University in Fairfax, Virginia in 2015. Julia graduated with a B.A. in economics with a minor in mathematics from The University of San Diego in 2012.
