Today’s guest is Cynthia Crockett, Licensed Professional Counselor, Certified Coach, and founder of Cynthia Empowers. Cynthia chats with Rosetta about her mission of helping Christians improve their relationships with God, themselves, and others. Her goal is to give women the opportunity to be honest with themselves and with God. Cynthia found her mission through her own life experiences and because she saw a need in the community for this type of service. She’s passionate about helping people understand the importance of healthy relationships and how they can truly make or break our own potential happiness. This conversation with Rosetta is enlightening and offers tips we all can use to improve our own lives. Why do we need healthy relationships? All too often, we overlook the value of healthy relationships in our lives and the impact they can make. It’s okay to say no, even though it may take some time to get used to it. Cynthia goes on to share some insight into the strategies she uses day-to-day to keep focused and on track.
