Description

It's time to take out the Christmas decor, or at least start thinking about taking it down. Some people are sad and feel their homes look bare now, while others love the clean slate, and the bare look of their homes. No matter which side of the fence you sit on, we're talking about things you can do to transition to a winter look. What should go and what should stay? That's what we're talking about today. Of course, greenery, and pine cones, all of the natural touches can stay. The red touches, Santas, bells, and ornaments probably need to find a place to be stored until next year. We're fine with leaving out the mercury glass candle sticks, the fairy lights, and the boxwood balls and wreaths.
We love balls of yarn in big wooden bowls, warm furry throws, baskets of firewood, and the light from flameless candles. Now is also a great time to force some bulbs. Click here for instructions on how to do that.
