Description

Decorating beautifully is a lot easier if you have a few essentials on hand. This way you can whip up a vignette in a few minutes, transform a room with pops of color & texture or add seasonal touches without it taking hours & involving lugging bins. Listen in to get our thoughts on creating your own decor arsenal.
Here is a list of items we think you should have on hand to make your home a place of beauty without much effort. You do not need closets or bins full of decorative items. Just a few wisely chosen versatile decor pieces will do the trick.
Throws add texture & color for not too much of an investment. Use different weight for the various seasons. Think how vibrant plaid throw would change a room for the holidays or a neutral linen throw for hot summer days. Have two or three throws in your closet and change them up.
Pillow covers and quality inserts to last years & years. Simply slip off the covers and transformn your look in 10 minutes. Get fabulous pillow covers at Bespoke Decor (https://bespokedecor.store)
Candles - Kelly's mom swears by these & so does Yvonne Luminara Flameless Candles (https://amzn.to/2MXTqKN).
Plate hangers - have them on hand for when the mood strikes you! Adhesive Plate Hangers (https://amzn.to/2BVMdXB).
Runners not table cloths for added texture and to ground your table decor.
Vases of different sizes & heights.
White pitchers - they go it solo and are perfect to hold kitchen essentials and of course, flowers. Depending on the design they go with every look from country to urban chic. White Pitcher (https://amzn.to/2BWdCIL).
Decorative balls - willow, moss, burlap, boxwood. Get a set of 3 at the minimum. Willow Balls (https://amzn.to/2BRJHl7).
Trays - silver, wood, wicker, lucite, any material will do. Use as the foundation of your vignettes. Inexpensive Silver Tray (https://amzn.to/2BWdPM3).
Baskets - all types, especially a trio of lidded sequentially sized baskets. Great to add height, stack on the floor and for secret storage.
Books - decor books or vintage books. Stack, use as risers or more conventional vertical on a shelf.
