Mastery leads to operating on a higher level than anyone, and will ultimately lead to amazing things in our lives. The more we become experts in our chosen specific areas of interest, the more we can market our talents to others and reap the huge rewards that mastery brings. But of course there are very few people in the world that are willing to go this extra mile to become masters in their field. Think about Michael Jordan, David Beckham, Steve Jobs or any famous person you can think off, and there will have been hours and hours of secret practice. The times when no one was around to witness their additional work. The times when all their colleagues are either partying, resting or just doing the minimum to get by. And that isnt how life works. You need to be willing to suffer for your trade. You need to be willing to find time in your life to work on something, even if it is late at night or early in the morning. So when was the last time that you put in more work than you possibly thought was possible to hit true mastery in your life?
