We’re chatting with Dr. Akilah Cadet, Founder of Change Cadet and an ambassador for diversity and inclusion. She is the Olivia Pope of diversity and inclusion and she’s a straight shooter when it comes to offering solutions around issues that people of color face daily in the workforce.  Dr. Akilah is also vulnerable enough to share her journey through over-working and depression. We speak about code-switching as survival mode, navigating awkward conversations with co-workers and she offers solutions to help you show up as your authentic self in life.
