On April 17, 2018 Southwest 1380, a Boeing 737 experienced a catastrophic engine failure which resulted in the casualty of one passenger and was forced to make an emergency landing. Cory, the first air traffic controller from New York Center to assist the crew, reflects back on that day and tells a story of how professionalism and teamwork assisted the pilots in conducting a remarkable landing in Philadelphia.
