but little does he know that this trip will change his life.
Mrs. Orient, the owner of the house where he is staying, is a clairvoyant and
tarot card reader, and she involves him in her obscure business.
Blissfully unaware of the magic contained within the city of Prague,
Jack stumbles on a magic street.
There he becomes involved with a lovely girl,
Lenka, who turns out to be a sorceress, like her mother, Mrs. Orient.
Together, the two women draw
Jack into a monster hunt, filled with magic, turmoil and danger.
Before he goes home to England, Jack invites Lenka to come and visit him.
However, the adventure is far from over…
Will Jack be able to face it, or will the city be lost forever?

and life has returned to normal after the Prague adventure,
Lenka comes to visit him as she promised. They will visit London as tourists.
All goes smoothly until they enter a certain pub.

London is not different from Prague.
Lenka is lovely at the start but she gradually reveals a strong

Very soon they become involved in another adventure, in which they are joined by the attractive Ashlynn, creating further tension, and an old friend.
With mysterious, shady characters and a new creature to get along with,

ancient places in the wonderful city of London and in the Highlands of Scotland.
Will Jack be able to handle London’s secrets and magic and
bring this new adventure to a successful conclusion?
Chapter 1
Spring 2017
Jack was in Prague again, almost two years after the London adventure. Finally he and Lenka were officially engaged, Lenka persuaded Jack in a way he couldn’t resist, so he bought her an engagement ring. She gave him ring too.
They were living in Mrs. Orient’s building, the former Constellation Hotel, because Jack was training with his favorite clairvoyant, witch, and seer, Mrs. Orient to enhance his powers.
Ashlynn had almost disappeared since their time in London. She had sent some texts but Jack barely answered.
He took pictures from time to time, especially as always, of places that tourists didn’t visit much, and of little hidden gems.
When Lenka came home she collected the mail from mailbox. Among it was a postcard from Arizona.
Looks who’s writing you!
Lenka waved the postcard like a flag. At first, Jack thought it was something about his work.
Oh, great a postcard! Where’s it from?
The photographer tried to guess, but Lenka’s grumpy face of killed his enthusiasm.
Arizona. Your dear bitch Ashlynn. Oh, sorry, I meant to say witch. Well, she never gave up on you,
Lenka said with sarcasm.
Honey, please, don’t start being jealous again. Let me see the postcard.
Jack was a little worried, Ashlynn was dangerous, and who knows what plans she had in mind?
The postcard came from Black Rock Mountains, but what she wrote was enigmatic: Here you can find the best of both worlds, the dream of every magician. Check the numbers in the note I gave you. You can’t miss this chance. Please come.
What does it mean? I remember these mountains, but there’s nothing interesting to see there.
Why did she want him to go there?
Lenka wasn’t very angry, but she was thinking.
This looks interesting, but what numbers is she talking about? Phone numbers? I seem to remember she gave you a note the last day we met in London.
The witch had a good memory.
Yes, it must be that note with the phone numbers. I think I have put it in a drawer. Let me fetch it, so we can check it out.
Lenka was eager to read that note for know what’s she was talking about.
"Here we go. There are London and Arizona phone numbers, but also other strange numbers:
34 03 48 - 112 34 57 I don’t know what are these." The photographer was disappointed. He tried to connect numbers but his mind was blank.
Let me see. Hmm... I have one idea, they look to me like coordinates, latitude and longitude. Search on the web, to see what place is related to these numbers,
Lenka had great intuition. She could be right.
Jack typed in the numbers, and his face said it all. He was very surprised by the result, another amazing combination.
I can’t believe it! This is the latitude and longitude of a ghost town called Constellation, is unbelievable how all is related.
Cool! She wrote that it was the dream of every magician. There must be something wonderful there. What could this place hide? I’m very curious to know.
Lenka said. Jack placed his hands on top of his head. It looked like bad news for him. She was thinking of going to Arizona to investigate.
This could be a trap, you realize.
Okay then, let’s ask my mother. She’s always able to suggest the best solution. She’ll know what to do.
Lenka was confident of receiving good advice.
They knocked at the witch’s door, one floor above where they living. Jack wasn’t worried at all, but with Mrs. Orient you never knew what could happen.
Please come in. I feel that there’s some news.
Yes. This postcard arrived today.
Lenka gave it to her mother to read. The numbers she mentions, are the coordinates of a ghost town: Constellation, Arizona. Curious, huh?
"Seems this place has something magical. ‘The best of both worlds, and the dream of every magician.’
