Chapter 1
RokketGS-1.jpgThe Silent Legacy
Tokyo is a city of gleaming skyscrapers and historical shrines, where neon lights merge seamlessly with traditional festivals. In the heart of this urban tapestry, the Tomonaka residence offers a sanctuary, its windows capturing the city's pulsating rhythm. Here resides Rokket, a boy whose destiny seems intertwined with the stars.
Engrossed in an old toy rocket, Rokket momentarily drifts from his studies. The rocket isn’t just a relic from his childhood; it's a vessel of interstellar dreams and cosmic curiosities.
His whimsical name reflects a celestial phenomenon: on the night of his birth, a comet painted the Tokyo sky with its luminous trail. His mother, Nari, often recounts this tale, her eyes gleaming with wonder. However, hidden beneath this story is a choice made in desperation—a choice to shield Rokket from a legacy that might endanger him.
Seeking refuge from the past, Nari changed their surname to Tomonaka. It was an act of protection meant to sever ties with the Nakamoto lineage and keep Rokket safe from anyone who might wish harm upon Satoshi Nakamoto's heir.
A couple of trusted old friends would occasionally stop by and ask about Satoshi. Their mentions were innocent, but with every whisper, Rokket sensed the guarded tension in Nari; her face momentarily darkened, and her answers regarding Satoshi became practiced and elusive.
Young Rokket struggles with the absence of his father, a face he can now scarcely remember. He often rummages through an old wooden chest in their living room, hoping to find clues about the missing presence in his life. The chest holds aged photographs, mementos, and letters. One day, he stumbles upon a worn picture. In it, a man bearing an uncanny resemblance to Rokket stands beside Nari, their faces radiating joy.
Is this Papa? He looks so young,
Rokket asks, presenting the photograph.
Nari's composure falters momentarily as memories resurface. Yes,
she whispers, taking a deep breath. That's your Papa.
And where is he now? Why isn't he here?
Rokket’s voice quivers, tinged with hope and longing.
Drawing close, Nari caresses Rokket's cheek gently. He embarked on a long journey, honey. Perhaps someday he'll return. Always remember, he loved you deeply.
The conversation ends there, but Rokket's fascination endures. A silent inheritance looms over them—an unspoken enigma yearning to be unveiled. Even as Rokket returns to his room, he daydreams of distant galaxies and quietly yearns for the truth—a truth that soon comes knocking at their door.
As fate has it, the very next morning brings a surprise. Satoshi, absent for five years, appears. His return isn't just driven by a father's desire to reunite with his son but is marked by urgency linked to a secret technological project he began years ago.
Chapter 2
An Overheard Secret
After an ordinary day at school, filled with math, reading, and a few hours with friends in the park, Rokket entered the living room and sensed an unusual tension. The atmosphere was thick, almost electric, charged with unspoken words.
