About this ebook
Donso who also sees them says look, those are the dromedaries you were asking about Marta. Gee she thinks, indeed I would really like to know more about those animals. Just as Marta has thought that, just like that, there is a big bang on top of the balloon. Jeff suddenly starts screaming and fanning his hands, as if in a panic. What is going on there now he shouts.
Suddenly Donso sees what has happened. Oh my, he says, that's a dromedary and a big one at that! But the dromedary can't help it for the moment, lying there. Were you thinking something about the dromedaries Marta? Be careful with those thoughts please, will you! You have new gifts, Marta darling and now you’ve got yourself Drommie! What do you mean Donso....I got him? Well you thought of such a dromedary as Drommie and now he's floundering on top of our balloon!
That’s not my fault! I can't do anything about that....stammers Marta in protest.
Drommie the camel, who has fallen on top of the balloon with a bang, makes a lot of noise. A deep roar carries far through the air. It sounds kind of scary Marta thinks. Drommie lies with four legs spread atop the top of the hot air balloon and tries to ly very still.
Jeff can hear Drommie's roar but he can't see him. He rubs his hair as he looks up. The balloon is being squeezed from above and although Jeff has opened the gas valve to pump more hot air into the balloon he is unable to stop the balloon's descent that is now underway. Panicked, he looks around and at the landscape below. If they continue like this they will soon come down near a wild river, with some not so pleasant inhabitants.
Marta also notices the drop in altitude. Nervously she murmurs to herself, ooh goodness, please don't let us land down there. Hopefully we won't fall into that river Marta thinks.....
Find out if they can keep flying or emergency land among the hungry crocodiles. Read this 6th book and find out what happens.....!
Enjoy reading!

Magick in Australia
Marta cautiously looks over the edge of the basket she is standing in. She immediately pulls back again. Below her, she is looking into a great deep abyss. She instantly sits down on her rear end to recover from the shock.
How are you doing, Mademoiselle asks her. You are all green!
Marta can't say anything for a moment, she saw something terrible. I looked into an abyss, where are we?
Mademoiselle flutters up from the bottom of the basket and sits on the edge. She looks down and smiles happily. Then she says: we are flying Marta! We are hanging high in the sky under a big balloon! Isn’t that great.
Marta looks up grudgingly at Mademoiselle on the edge of the basket. How did we get here she asks. Just now we were standing on the ground in a meadow. How can that be?
We are hanging under the hot-air balloon, which causes us to rise high up, Marta. This big balloon has lifted our basket into the air with ease. Don't worry, there even is a balloonist on board piloting the balloon, says Mademoiselle.
The balloonist was Jeff, who took Marta and Mademoiselle aboard while they were just standing on the ground, Marta remembers. Because the basket was so big and deep, Marta had had no idea they were already flying. That’s why she had expected to still see dry land under the basket. Hmmpf, she murmurs to herself. I thought I still had time to consider whether I really wanted to come along. Getting into the basket and trying out if it was big enough was fun. I didn't really want to fly. Darn it! At that moment a loud hissing sounds as Jeff, opens the gas valve
