About this ebook
A group of travelers from the Silent Voyager had to take refuge in a colony to escape a warship that was pursuing them from Earth. There, they were involved in multiple settler problems. The colony was now threatened by large herds of predators and mega earthquakes, which would soon be there. Their only chance of salvation was to wait for the arrival of the Silent Voyager to evacuate them all. In the end, not everyone could be saved, and they were trapped in the ruins of the complex that collapsed after a giant cataclysm.

1 John got in deep trouble.
It had been several months since Captain John and 72 crew members of the Silent Voyager spaceship had arrived at the colony. This huge unmanned spaceship was automatically heading to this planet. Everyone depended on it because all must be evacuated in the following months due to a very large pack of big predators coming here. It was not clear if the ship would arrive on time or if the predators would arrive sooner than anticipated. During the time they had been here, John and a few others from his crew had become quite involved in the colony's affairs, to the point of sometimes getting into conflict with some of the colonists. John was the one who had the most problems due to his stubbornness, which often made him get embroiled in matters that did not concern him.
Anger at John for releasing Helen grew among some of the settlers during the following weeks. It seemed to him that a group of eight or nine men had joined, and he became aware they felt a lot of resentment against him. But he didn’t care because he always carried his gun with him.
Sometimes, he heard them murmuring at his back when he passed. One day, he lost his temper and confronted them.
What problem do you have with me, you fella?
The group stared at him without saying anything.
Say something!
