    Introduction

Hello brother or sister in Christ. Welcome to the family of God! This discipleship program is meant to help you develop a Biblical foundation that will prayerfully be a tool to benefit your walk with God.

Discipleship is probably the greatest missing component in most Christians today. Once we get saved, it is important that we learn to navigate this new life and all that comes with it.

The first thing we will do is confirm your salvation. This is not something that I or anyone else can do for you. It is between you and the Holy Spirit.

How do you know that you are saved? Let’s review or learn what the Word of God teaches about salvation.

First, let’s look at how this discipleship course will work:

You will have a memory verse that you can work on each week. It will be found at the beginning of the week on a page such as this one. I encourage you to take the time to read over the verse five times each day, and you should be either close to accomplishing, or find yourself accomplishing, memorizing the verse.

There will be a journal lesson with questions each day. This lesson will be filled with Scriptures to help you understand the topic of the week. The questions are there to reinforce those lessons and memorialize your growth, which will be astounding as you continue through this.

You will find a prayer template, which doesn’t need to be followed. It is just a suggestion; however, it will be very beneficial to pray about every study that you have and to pray before the study.

Lastly, you will find your Bible reading plan. You will choose a Bible
