About this ebook
Where did we come from, and where are we headed? These age-old questions have been at the forefront of human contemplation since time immemorial. Could the answers lie dormant within the recesses of our minds?
As science evolves, it mirrors the evolution of the human psyche, revealing the mysteries and secrets that lie within. Were the geniuses of the Middle Ages truly distinct from the common folk, or did they simply harness the power of their minds differently? And as we peer into the future, imagining the humans of the next centuries, we must wonder: could some of them already walk among us?
Dive deep into an exploration of human evolution, potential, and the uncharted territories of the mind.

The strength of the morning coffee was not enough to wake him up fully and the young man took the car steering wheel in a half-asleep consciousness. The car drove the same route by which he used to go to his workplace for ten years. It seemed this car could take this way to the office and back by itself. His mind was busy by the agenda of that morning, day, week, and even lifetime and did not notice the details of the road. Many indicators were red on the car dashboard which reminded him about improper working condition work and set up of different main and ancillary systems. He ignored all of them and drove right off the bat.
As it is usual in recurrent cases, the ineradicable muscle memory dominates the human physiology. In the inexplicable and unexplored quagmires of human brain, there are some reactions and actions, because of which a person can look at the road, but not see it. Simultaneously brain receives and analyzes the front picture. First or one of the first times, of course, the brain waits for consciousness reaction and records it, but if the front picture is already available in the waste dump of the subconsciousness, it’s over saturation can be named also with different title, but would not comprehensively reflect its real nature, and several times is recording the same picture, because of indescribable causal relationship decisions are made from consciousness. In this case, the brain is sending an impulse or making an order or sending a charge to particular segment of human body to act without mental intervention. It is very usual for athletes, dancers, instrumentalists. They repeat similar actions often and aim to do that as quickly and clearly as possible. As a result, the analytical part is being excluded; its speed for all people is different. During driving, of course, the microseconds are not evident; however, the quality of the musical composition, beauty and result of a sport event, airiness of the dance is highly dependent to mention micro or even nanoseconds. They have big influence or even resonant repercussion.
The young man did not notice how he completed the half of his road, which was known to him for ten years. He was about to reach the small market on that road, where he used to buy water, sweets for his colleagues, cigarettes, and such kind of trivia. This was also a kind of a morning symbol for him. In the evening, perhaps he could feel to be here for the first time.
He parked the car just in front of the shop, despite the fact that parking was not allowed at this place. The appropriate sign was in a visible place and he threw an indifferent glance to it. As usual, he did not turn off the engine, but either because of muscle memory or simple habit, he stretched his hand to the car keys, where a beautiful cross was hanging as a trinket. Seconds later, he entered the small shop. The same saleslady was behind the counter. For him, she was the same as ten years ago, but what really happened to her life during that period, he did not know and would never know.
She looked at him a little bit unusually and put on the counter his small order.
Can you show an ID, please?
She looked at the car with a scathing glance through the window and put the future purchase in front of her.
He ignored the question, grabbed the pack, and harshly ran back to the car. He stretched his hand to start the engine, despite engine being on run and noticed that keys were absent. In his pockets, they were also not in the state of equilibrium. Most probably, he put it on the counter to take the pack. He became nervous as he needed to go back to the shop. He opened the door again and came out clumsily without looking to the side mirror…
There was an illustrious cargo train station nearby on that road and especially in the morning, queues of big and heavy trucks were coming for loading and unloading. One of them crashed the wrongly parked car at that moment. The door of the car was torn away immediately, and the young man was thrown away on the road. Rear axle of the truck smudged his legs about which he could not be aware as he lost consciousness for an indeterminate period after sledgehammer blow.
The driver of the truck took him to the hospital, who was not so guilty in reality, but was seized with horror by seeing the young man’s head and body injuries. There was no time and opportunity for identification at the hospital reception desk and he was taken to the rehabilitation department immediately.

The leg surgery was relatively successful. The doctor was dictating to his assistant, I thought that these kind of chest and head injuries are not compatible with life.
The doctor even wanted to smile for a moment, but the seriousness of the situation and ethical considerations subconsciously did not let the smile to appear on his face. There is a hematoma in his brains as a result of the apoplectic stroke. There is a skull crack at the back, but no need for another surgery at this moment. In general, there is no chance for another surgery now, he will not be able to survive another anesthesia. Also, we must consider face damages, I am sure, if he survives, plastic surgery could be also necessary to bring him back to previous state, if possible. Plastic surgery is also not the best solution as his face muscle system will be developing further, which makes it much more complicated.
Doctor, when he can be relocated to specialized hospital? Here, there are other kind of patients. If I may say like that.
It is a miracle that he is still alive. It is not the time to even think about relocation. Let us hope that it will be possible to move him; I do not even talk about self-moving now,
he paused for a moment, as if remembering the young man’s state, his broken ribs and legs are abruptly decreasing that probability.
Will he regain his consciousness?
Now, he is in artificial coma. With head injuries as he has, it is strictly not recommended to include analgesics and it is impossible to survive the poignant pain. Let us hope that soon the state will be stabilized and after artificial coma, the brain functioning will be still normal.
The doctor was thinking loudly, Although nobody knows how the brain is functioning now. He is working in a big organization as high-positioned manager, so he should be with high IQ.
What are the possible scenarios?
Can be part or full amnesia. In the worst case, malfunctioning of sense system or even loss of the moving ability. If hematoma will not be possible to cure, another surgery will be required, which makes the situation absolutely unpredictable.
Doctor,
the assistant was frozen in his place, what about his relatives. Are they aware?
Frankly speaking, I have no idea. He was almost dead when he was brought here, and we took him to surgery room immediately. If any document was available, maybe receptionists already found his family. I think we have to ask professor. He left everything and fully engaged with this patient as soon as he saw him.
The dialogue took place in front of young man’s bed, where along his body, multiple harnesses and wires were sagging out from different parts of his body making him look like an indolent formidable octopus. From different sources to his body was an incessant flow of several biologically active substances to increase his body’s recovery abilities and simply keep him alive.
This rehabilitation department had two doors, or it could also be named entrance or exit. Unfortunately, second appellation was not applicable for everyone. Some cases had an entrance, but known medical science was powerless to bring the patient back to life and also have an exit.
In this intensive care unit, there were two beds, one of them was empty. He was on the leftmost bed. Despite multiple bruises, his eyelids were calm and serene. Sometimes the eyes of even unconscious people are not serene, as pupils are jumping from one side to another with different speed, because of dreams, apparitions, or soaring thoughts in the mind. His pupils behind eyelids were also calm and serene. On the wall of this hospital ward, there was a lamp. Two sixty-watt lightbulbs on sconce were shining on the wall. Natural light was fading away and their appearance became more and more explicit. Absolutely no change was evident on young man’s face until his face was illuminated by artificial light only and three circles of a gray shade were on his face because of the Mickey Mouse trinket which was hanging beneath the sconce.
Most probably, the young man did not have any official document or ID with him, as at this late time when working society was on the way to the bed, except periodic visit of the nurse, who slept on her chair already, nobody wanted to enter the ward.
Is anybody here?
These words were pronounced in parallel with noise of steps from the rear corridor of the rehabilitation department.
Here? Where? Can somebody hear me?
The unknown young and pure voice had no time or any other external influence. Time influence can be so conspicuous.
Here, there, who is it?
The laying young man was a little bit frightened in his hospital ward. His voice was faltering.
I am here. I mean my ‘here’ is still ‘there’ for the one who hears me,
the voice stopped moving forward, to your question, I will answer ‘no,’ as here, as it is for you, there is nobody, for my ‘here,’ I will answer ‘yes,’ as I am here. Now, I am here and if your voice would not stop me, I would be there already. Which is actually your ‘here’?
Can you there hear me ‘there’?
"If I answer, it means I can hear the question.
