Life Of Master Sayyid Mustafa Altun

He was born on April 12, 1934 in Erzincan. He is SAYYID from both his mother and father’s side and his ancestry is our Holy Prophet along with Hz Imam Cafer and Hz Hussein, Hz Fatimah, Hz Ali. His aforementioned FAMILY TREE consists of 4 pages.

He took the lesson of union of actions personally from one of the elders of the saints, Hodja Ahmet Yesevi and his son Haydar Sultan in the spiritual realm, even before he took the path of Malamat...

His family came to Malatya first around the 13th or 14th centuries, when the migrations from Horasan to Anatolia began, and after living there for a while, they moved to Tunceli and settled in Erzincan.

He attended primary school in Erzincan, and then studied at Sivas Yıldızeli Teacher's School as a boarder. Afterwards, at the age of 19, he won the Ankara State Conservatory and continued his education there and became a member of the State Opera and Ballet.

Our Sayyid, his sufi capacity comes from the blood he carries, took the path through Hz Master Hasan Özlem in 1973 when he was 39 years old. In 1996, by Master Hasan Özlem, the mission of guidance (showing the true way and lightening people to know themselves) was given to Mustafa Altun and he became a caliph.

Thus, from that day until today, he has been performing this duty with the support of our beloved mother.

Hz Master, who started his duty in 1996, retired from Opera in 2000. Along with his retirement, he gave all his strength to guide his followers and also to write the books.

Furthermore, for the ones who worth to know, he is the Perfect Human, who is the owner of time, since 2003.

He has written 10 books up to the present touching upon remarkable and vital matters that each of his books help people be aware of their inner essence and know themselves, their Lord and His truth. Preface

Ithank the Almighty Creator for giving me the honor of presenting my third book, which I call ‘dying before you die’, to the faithful ones, lovers, saints and mature people. I pray to God for them to get pleasure. Why did I put the title of the book ‘DYING BEFORE YOU DIE’ I started this book with the expression of Allah's prophet and knowledgeable servants which is ‘die before you die

so that you will not face with the death again’. Forgive me if I made spelling and punctuation errors and made mistakes in forming sentences and used wrong words in this and my other books. I wish wisdom for Miss Sevgi who is like a daughter to me for her efforts to transcribe the original version of this book to a computer and turned them into a book and I wish our readers a prosperity.

‘Dying before you die’ is not to wait the biological death which is based on the will of Allah but being voluntarily annihilated in the unity ocean of Allah. According to Rumi’s saying about the situation of malamat; it is to live in the night of unity with Allah and to be awake with the lover. This situation is the PURE realm of symbolic forms. A hadith of our Prophet is as follows: People are asleep, they wake up when they die. The first death is known by everyone. All creatures will face the first type of death. However, this is not what our prophet said. It is one's being annihilated in God by his own will. ‘Dying before you die’ is to experience all actions, attributes and essence with self names and attribute all of them to Allah and to believe that God is the one who exist. It is contemplating that the creatures of Allah have no right in what he sees and believing that those who exist are thanks to the existence of God. When the malignant traits in the heart come out, the heart is purified from all egos and the light of the beauty of God is reflected in the heart. With the reflection of the light, the heart does not turn into multiplicity again. The heart is always blessed with the beauty of the light of God and this is the pleasure of unity. Those who attain the level of dying before die, reach the level of maturity. There is no death at this level, they are alive with the life of Allah. The lover who reaches the level of realization dies before he dies and then he becomes alive with the absolute life of Allah.

People, open your eyes! What you call hidden is obvious and clear. Your blindness is the reason why you cannot see. Look at His sacred beautiful light which has attained the unity of tanzih (declaring incomparability to Allah) and tashbih (affirming similarity to Allah). Save yourself from the hell of polytheism. You say that you can see. It's a lie because you're looking through crooked mirrors. Nothing can be seen from your rusted ego mirrors. You will fall in love with Him so much that you will rush like raging rivers to attain your origin. Try to learn the existence and wisdom of divine inspiration. Purify your heart from the desires and whims of the world. Take the ones you call love out of your heart other than Allah. Fill your heart with the love of Allah so that your loved ones other than Allah will come out of that heart. Then you will reach the unity of being nothing, annihilation and giving your possessions for being nothing. Look at the Most Merciful aspect in you from the mirror of Muhammad. What kind of light is this and what does it imply to you? In order to reach the truth of this, give up the idea that you belong to yourself. All sedition stem from the heart rust. If you make dhikr to flow in your heart, it will become a dhikr ocean. The sincerity you show others such as ‘my dear, my love and my brother’ be a love of whom then? You have to burn like firefly on this road for God's sake. Remember your God. Remember Allah instead of money, wine, alcohol, gambling, yacht, houses, Mercedes cars, dead friends and relatives. Remember the one who created you and the others. Prefer ‘dying before you die’ so that you can free from the sins you have committed. Surrender yourself to the Perfect Human. Let them clean you from the filthy dirt. Gain the Prophet’s and Ahl al-Bayt’s morality. I am writing one of the Blessed Hadiths of the Honorable Prophet:

Whoever wants to see me in the green grass of Paradise, remember/dhikr Allah a lot. He invites you to heaven, to the appearance of Allah in the prophet. Stop falling into sin. Those who occupy their hearts with the dhikr of Allah create an activation in the heart and increase the love of Allah. The manifestation of therahmet’enlilâlemin (We have sent you (O Muḥammad) not but as mercy for the ‘Ālamīn (mankind, jinn and all that exists)) occurs in him.

His whole body begins to say Allah Allah. The truth of the secret of La ilaha illallah (There is no God, but Allah) becomes apparent. This emergence is the true face of Heaven and Beauty of Allah. The face of the apparent aspect is your outward gaze. You look at the world with your physical eyes. Your insight is blind. One of the honorable hadiths of the Prophet is as follows: Men ehabbe sey'en eksere zikre hu (whoever loves something so much will remember it so much.)

To love those who are other than Allah such as spouses, friends, possessions and all kinds of things, to love and remember others, by giving up on remembering Allah all the time, leads to unbelief by losing the love of Allah in their hearts. This is called tağuti (the things that deviate people from straight path). In the 10th verse of Surah Juma in the Noble Qur'an, Almighty Allah vezkurûllâhe kesîren leallekum tuflihûn (Remember Allah a lot so that you can achieve what you hope for in this world and in the hereafter.) again in the 191st verse of Surah Âli İmran; Ellezîne yezkurûnallâhe kıyâmen ve kuûden ve âlâ cunûbihim (Those who remember Allah standing, sitting and lying down, and perform their prayers.) Vezkürullahe kesiyra in this verse means ‘Remember Allah a lot, do not fall into the trap of the world of multiplicity and do not distance yourself from Allah's Unity’. Proximity to unity is guidance, closeness to multiplicity is heresy. Contemplate the Essence of Allah with the worldly partial attributes you have. This, you protect the right of unity of uniqueness with your existence and you will not fall into polytheism. If unity is contemplated in multiplicity and so multiplicity in unity; we not only stay in oneness, but also get our benefit of the multiplicity in which unity is be manifested. All events are the appearance of unity. It is a reflection of unity. Then every creature will find its share in the awareness of ‘Coincidence of Plurality’ (Cum'a). Because if there is no opening, spreading and disintegration, it is not possible to provide any benefit. Otherwise, as Le allekum Tuflihune (Juma Surah Verse 10) orders, if you do not follow the advice of the person who is blessed with the word of Allah in the Friday prayer, as in the continuous prayer, you will lose your material sustenance. Again, granting you a complete sustenance from the Perfect Man is from Allah Himself. When you make yourself be annihilated in the unity and spread to the multitude with the presence of Allah, remember Allah very much so that there is expansion in your brains, in your dhikr and in what you have earned. When you see the world as separate from unity and so unity from the world, there is a disability in those eyes. Have those eyes be treated quickly by someone who have the ability to see. What appears to you in this world is Allah in reality. He is One. Don't think more. If all those (like other speakers) who give advice to the congregation let their eyes be opened by the one blessed with the light of Allah, whom I gave a hint above, they will then see that from whom to whom the call is addressed, who is the caller and who is the one be called and what the call. Let them come to that awareness and then see the difference. Then they regret because of their heedlessness and they shame on their selfish polytheism. But it's too late. Because the waves of their ego have risen to the skies and they cannot repent by giving up their honor. O people! Instead of giving advice to people, trusting the books you have written, the faculties you have completed, putting yourself in the place of God, gathering people around you, making yourself popular and driving your ego; surrender your eyes, ears, mind and heart to the true heir of the Prophet as Mevlana, Hacı Bektaş Veli, Hacı Bayram Veli,  Yunus Emre did. While Sultan Ali (k.a.v.) is walking in this world of multiplicity, you are not getting closer to Him and you are messing around with your own mental accumulation. SEARCH AND FIND.

Islam means surrender in Arabic, which consists of the root sin, lam, mim and derives from this root. Muslim means one who surrenders himself. Although it was derived from the root selm, which means to attain salvation, to obey, to surrender, to make peace in the beginning, the meanings of subordinate, linked and surrender for the purpose of peace and security were emphasized in the later periods. Contrary to the corrupt and primitive understandings imposed on Islamic communities, Islam is the essence of knowledge and truth, the way to salvation, and peace itself. As it can be understood from here, the perception of Islam in the western world is a primitive and corrupt understanding of religion in Afghanistan or Africa, and this is completely wrong. On the contrary to popular belief, as a result of surrender himself willingly, Islam does not reject Christianity and Judaism, but combines and unites them all. For various reasons, the true aspect of Islam has been concealed and hidden from humanity in the last 1000 years.

However, the essence of the religions of God is one and only. It is not right to separate them from each other, and this thought leads people deviate from the truth. Unfortunately, in Christianity and Judaism have this problem in a certain level, because the majority of people accept the community and beliefs they were born into as absolute truth without questioning them and shape their lives accordingly. Even though the system is created in this way, the truth remains hidden in this way. The most important feature of Islam is that it directs people to the essence and raises awareness because Islam commands questioning beyond the unconscious imposition of society. The essence of Islam is questioning.

When the questioning begins, an infinite number of questions appear with the intervention of the mind but the main question that needs to be answered is obvious. Who are we? Almighty Allah, who encompasses the entire universe and directs and controls it, has veiled human with such truth that Islam reveals it. Knowledge and experiences that are gained by hearing, memorizing and imitating lead people away from the truth. It ensures the continuity of the vicious circle born into it.

Truth is the way for the brave ones. Courage is not required for any science to be learned in the world. The truth veiled by Allah is not for those who do not have the courage. This is why societies find it easy to have a reshaped and suppressed understanding of Islam. A brave must turn and look at himself by using the mind given by Almighty Allah. Whatever he is looking for, he will find in himself.

What we call modern science today; macro-micro cosmology and quantum mechanics prove this truth that Islam has shown. Cosmology is a scientific study of the large scale properties of the universe as a whole. Quantum mechanics, on the other hand, is a fundamental theory in physics that provides a description of the physical properties of nature at the scale of atoms and subatomic particles in the universe. What is the purpose of man's creation? Why does the universe exist? The books of Our Hz Master, who is fully manifested to Almighty Allah, are adorned with unprecedented information that shows these relationships and the way to the truth. Although it is not easy to break the taboos of belief, the science of reality goes shoulder to shoulder with many of the above-mentioned sciences in the system of the world. Breaking down the taboos that shape one's perception only starts with words that come from the essence and go to the essence. The books of our Master are far from memorization and imitation. Contrary to the customary, it is not in words but in essence.

This book has been translated into English to introduces who Master Sayyid Mustafa ALTUN is and to spread and shed light of the knowledge he shared to us, with his permission, to the whole world. The dissemination of this book, which will be a light and inspiration to all readers not written by memorized and imitation knowledge, has the same meaning as shedding light on the darkness. Of course, it is different from mystical works that describe the experiences of the people of Allah by imitating them, without being lived but memorization. This work contains the pearls of the previously unheard and unwritten ilm-i ledun treasury, which HE brought to light by plunging into the depths of the ocean of knowledge. We have no doubt that this book will be the key for any reader interested in who he is to break out of his vicious circle. In the book Dying Before You Die, which was completed in 2010, our Master shared the principles and details of dying before he dies. Nobody wants to face the fact that they will die and prefer to live as if life will never end. As Allah Almighty says; ...In the end will ye (all) be brought back to your Lord. Surah Al-Jathiyah, Verse 15) and Every soul shall have a taste of death. (Surah Al-Ankabut, verse 57), death is an inevitable end for everyone. Bless the one who choose to die voluntarily before they die and choose to walk on this path. The most important thing we have learned from our Master is that; the only way to salvation is hidden in the secret of Dying Before You Die. There is no other way and this way is the most honorable way.

Each and every book of our sultan is very different from other mystical books because it was written beyond thought and reason, but holy inspiration. As we mentioned before, the süblime words come from the essence. That is why the words in his books are understandable for the ones who deserve.  Those sayings are hadith. They are unique and inimitable. As our Master said, Wish LOVE to those who understand.

If you want to discover the secret of dying before you die, look for the Perfect Human and find him... This secret cannot be understood by reading books, imitation and memorization. It is essential to meet with the author of this book. Meet him so that he can introduce you to you. Those who want to reach salvation must seek and find...

Reach To Allah With Dhikr

Allah the Almighty orders his creatures to dhikr Him, mention His name remember, keep in mind, and not forget Him. In many verses of the Qur'an. Allah the Almighty, who wills us to mention Him, says keep Allah in mind, internalize oneness, become the light and come. By practising countless Permanent, Everlasting Dhikr, regardless of number, Allah the Almight wills us to reach Him by voluntary death (Annihilation of our illusory personality/ego which attributes essence to itself) before biological death comes. Allah also indicates in the holy Quran that the seven gates of the seven oceans opened with this Dhikr. Allah states the first three of these oceans are disappearance into Allah/ extinction of Self in Allah in Fana and the other four oceans are Allah’s presence of selfless divine qualities in man by Allah. In the first three oceans there is a sign of mutu kable ente mutu-die before you die. The last four oceans is rebirth that is to exist. The absolute Subuti attributes are also seven. The first three of these are life, knowledge and will is hidden, while the other four attributes hearing, sight, speech and power are apparent. The eighth one is ability to create. In one verse, Allah the Almighty says, We will show you our verses in the universe and in your own selves until Allah appears. Allah the Almighty as it appears in these two realms, which we call enfüs and afak, he also expresses himself in two positions in these two realms. One is stability, the other is movement. When you pay attention, outer world and hidden one, before and after (the first and the last); although these are aspects, the divine meanings are very profound. Duter world is this visible realm. Hidden is the unseen, that is, the hereafter. Many people put a lot of emphasis on this second one because, it is an unknown and invisible world. All mortals wonder about this aspect since it is beyond death. We can only understand this inner world, which is beyond death, only by experiencing the second death before biological death.

The Necessity Of Studying the Wisdom Of Truth And Seeking For the Divine Master

HOLY Prophet Muhammad said, Die before you die so you do not experience death again. The Qur'an, that is the conducive for this knowledge tells us the meaning of the above statement, which is a clear statement that understanding and living something is only be possible with knowledge, informs us the following verse;O you who believe! Do your duty to Allah, seek the means of approach unto Him, and strive with might and main in his cause: that you may prosper (Surah Al-Ma’idah verse 35). Learn the knowledge of the hidden and try hard to learn this knowledge, that is to say, you will find peace, in other words, you will achieve salvation.

Isn't it the same in the outer world? A student finds a teacher to learn something. If a teacher is not assigned to a student, can that student gain knowledge or have a profession? The divine wisdom informs us where a person comes from, why he comes here, and where he will go through knowledge.

What Does the World Mean? What Does After-Life /Eternity Mean?

The world is a realm of self/desire. The world is the field of afterlife. It means that whatever you plant here, you will reap it in the hereafter. Here, if we plant rye, we crop rye, if we plant millet, we sow millet, if we plant wheat, we reap wheat, if we sow thorns, we reap the thorn. If we plant rose seeds, we will get roses. In short, if we do favor, we will find favor. If we are people of evil, we will get harmed. Let's prove this statement as follows. In the 7th and 8th verses of Surah Zalzalah (99) it is stated that; So, whosoever does good equel to the weight of an atom (or a small ant/a mite) shall see it. And whosoever does evil equel to the weight of an atom (or a small ant/a mite) shall see it.

Man will be gathered on the Day of Resurrection by his own belief. On which nature the man is created, he will be resurrected on that creation. Allah the Almighty stated in the holy book Quran why and for what purpose He created us, and the explanation of this was made by our prophet, who is Perfect human. It has been conveyed to us through his blessed speech.
