    MAJOR ARCANA

    The Fool

    0 Major Arcana

    Symbolism

According to ancient legends, the precious amethyst was a gift from the titaness Rhea to Dionysus, the god of wine, to keep his mind clear and sober at times of celebration. In the same way, the Fool on his life route strives to keep his mind clear and unbiased, moving towards understanding the world in its true light, perceiving all phenomena objectively and without prejudice.

The young woman in the picture spreads her arms in a salute to infinity, she gives herself over to the will of fate, jumping backwards rather than forwards, believing in the favorable outcome of her action. The crystal in her hand serves as a symbol of inner orientation, and she also holds a stick in her hand to protect herself from the unpredictability and difficulties of life's path. A person following this arcana is full of optimism and willingness to take risks, daring to jump into the abyss. Clad in a sunny yellow dress maiden symbolizes vitality, craving for new places and experiences, ease of communication and establishing new contacts. A decisive step such as jumping off a cliff requires courage and daring. The Fool possesses both, and is constantly hungry for new discoveries and uncharted horizons. He explores the world with pure-hearted curiosity, like a child, everything beckons and attracts him, he seeks to experience and see what it is like to soar in the air, and what awaits him at the place of landing. His sincere interest in new things knows no bounds, and he holds no ill intentions in his quest for knowledge, discovering the world and people in all their diversity.

The woman in the image takes a leap backwards, with her eyes closed, surrendering completely to the will of the cosmos. She begins her adventure by throwing herself into the vastness of the unknown. In these endless patterns of the cosmos we recognize the mandala with the lotus with eleven petals, symbolizing the readiness of man to step into a new stage of his life. This is the sign of a new cycle of life, where the decade symbolizes the end of the past stage and the number eleven symbolizes the dawn of a new era.

    Total value

The Fool arcana is perceived as a symbol of an endless cycle: it is both the starting point and the final outcome of the soul's great journey within the Elder Arcana of the Tarot. In the role of the Hero, the Fool represents the soul meeting the lessons and challenges presented by each of the Elder Arcana. The Fool represents the beginning of the journey, filled with spontaneity and the quest for knowledge, as well as the end of the journey, where the soul reaches enlightenment and wisdom, symbolized by the arcana of Peace.

The Fool represents childlike spontaneity, our inner child archetype, open-hearted people who are eager to find out what awaits them outside the familiar world. Symbolizing a clean slate, he represents a beginning without previous marks, a new beginning, the arrival of new knowledge, pleasant encounters. Fool does not hold on to the past and easily meets the new. Zero can also symbolize a person with deep wisdom, realizing the futility of all things. Fool reflects the image of a freedom-loving, open to new knowledge of man, thirsty for travel, ready for change and beginnings.

His attitude to life is easy, troubles do not upset him, as he is not attached to strict principles and does not limit himself to the framework. The Fool can act as a spiritual leader, erasing established ideas in the minds of his students, freeing them for new life discoveries. He is the embodiment of vitality, having a wide range of interests and hobbies. Creativity and creativity are also inherent in the Fool, who respects the opinions of others, their culture and point of view.

The card of the Fool can promise surprises in life's journey, cutting off the craving for stability and heralding a period of change and disorder. It indicates a sudden discovery of a new direction, inspiration for a change of lifestyle, a new job, a change of home, the beginning of a different phase in a relationship, a new chapter in the book of life.

Fool denotes the birth of something new, the emergence of favorable opportunities and chances. It symbolizes initiation into uncharted areas, initiation into the secret knowledge. This is the archetype of a wandering soul, tireless traveler and pioneer, full of brilliant ideas. The Fool appears as an impulsive, open, fearless and sometimes risky person. He can be associated with a rebellious artist, a hippie, a wanderer, a wandering musician or a wise philosopher who brings a touch of extravagance and unpredictability to life.

In a negative aspect, this card can reveal personalities with promiscuous, unbridled tendencies, with mental problems. A person associated with this card is inclined to neglect material goods, may wander without purpose and means of livelihood. He may not care about his own future and the potential consequences of his actions. Such people often ignore accepted social norms, violating the personal boundaries of others. May become illegal and a cause of stress for others, may behave inappropriately and distort reality in their perception. Their behavior can be childish and unserious, which in the worst case can lead to social downfall, to living at the bottom of society - this is the dark side of freedom, when a person has nothing left and can end up on the streets. Such irresponsibility and fickleness can lead to serious problems.

    RELATIONSHIPS

In this relationship both people feel joy and carefree, as if they were children again, they highly value personal space and independence from each other, there is no jealousy and any signs of possessiveness, they do not embarrass their partner with manifestations of jealousy, they realize that by giving freedom, the partner remains close and begins to value the relationship even higher. This is the relationship of two people with a positive attitude, having a great sense of humor, adoring travel, adventure, together attending various entertainments, like to laugh, enjoy life, behave at ease, in general it is a light and joyful relationship where partners do not create discomfort for each other. It can also be a symbol of love that unexpectedly appears in life. It is possible a new stage in the relationship, the appearance of a child, a new round of relationships, an opportunity to start over.

It can also symbolize unexpected twists and surprises in a relationship. When partners behave in a non-serious manner and do not take the relationship maturely. A relationship that is characterized by frivolity, unexpected breakups and departures. A partner who lacks stability and reliability, longing to experience everything at once with different people. Lack of pickiness in the choice of connections. This may be an indication of a relationship without commitment, loose connections. It may be a description of a traveler, a trucker who has several partners in different places, and it may also reflect the life of a person who loves his freedom, is single and not in a permanent relationship.

    Work and finance

A person identified with the card Fool may experience a complete lack of funds. This manifests itself in the inability to manage finances competently: income appears, but immediately spent recklessly, and the person does not understand how to dispose of them correctly. Such a person avoids responsibility, he is afraid of large sums and hastily gets rid of them, trying to avoid obligations. We see rash investments, inattention to financial details and the terms of contracts; everything is done naively and with too much trust, sometimes trusting unsuitable people. Behavior in business is not serious, the financial state remains unstable and shaky. Here actions are spontaneous, a person relies on fortune and the support of the cosmos, counting on the help of others, their experience, without meaningful plans and strategies. However, it can also mean a high potential for creativity, an unconventional approach to tasks, when it is necessary to act unconventionally, and the result can be pleasantly surprising, if you apply creativity to the matter.

The finances predicted by the Fool card can come spontaneously and from a variety of sources, including winnings or unexpected earnings, forming a fickle and variable income. The card reflects a creative approach to work; the Fool requires space for creativity and prefers professional activities without rigid boundaries or limitations. If deadlines are present in work, they are little compatible with the Fool's nature. The Fool values personal freedom and independence, prefers a flexible schedule and autonomy in business. It can be a person engaged in freelancing, who will easily abandon the project if he feels excessive pressure from the client. For such an individual, freedom of choice is more important than financial prospects. The card can also indicate a lack of experience, professional knowledge and skills, lack of responsibility, as well as scattered attention and waste of energy. On the way to earnings, a person is often hindered by a lack of discipline.

    Purpose

Teaching inner and outer freedom, giving freedom to others, allowing uniqueness in each person. To avoid excessive attachment, to realize the immateriality of material goods in this world, realizing that at any second everything can collapse into the abyss, and therefore it is essential to maintain inner freedom and not to be attached to objects, individuals, locations. It is important to realize that life is a continuous adventure and a vast arena to explore the unknown. One should not limit oneself to one thing, one should discover new aspects of the world and believe in the cosmos. One should become more agile, thirsty for knowledge, adaptable and open to new things. One should learn to organize one's life in such a way as to be independent and free, not subject to someone else's influences.

    Occupation

Creative professions, artists, musicians, travelers, bloggers, pilgrims, IT specialists, internet and technology field. Research, discovery, working with children, in maternity hospitals. Psychiatrists, psychologists, yoga trainers, people engaged in spiritual practices and discoveries, free schedule in work, remote work, standup.

    Locations and OBJECTS

Nature, rocks, cliffs, maternity hospital, psychiatric clinic, places where artists and other bohemians gather.

    Tip

Analyze the areas where you still feel constrained, discover areas where you lack freedom, where you fear it and cannot fully embrace it. Perhaps it's outdated principles and beliefs that are preventing your freedom and ease in making new decisions. Or it could be a job that keeps you confined within four walls and takes away your desire to explore the world. Ignite your passion for adventure, take unconventional approaches to problem solving. You must learn to let go, don't cling to permanence, don't be afraid to step into the new, embrace change and new beginnings. It is important to be decisive and spontaneous. Open yourself to change, to the world, to traveling, avoid excessively high expectations of a situation or a person, become simpler, easier to communicate, more positive.

    Warning

You should not be reckless with current circumstances and should not give in to momentary impulses. Irresponsible behavior can bring undesirable consequences. This is not the right time to give up everything and start from scratch. You need to show a serious attitude and concentration in the current situation, do not avoid taking responsibility.

    The Magician

    I Major Arcana

    Symbolism

Lemniscata, elegantly placed on the hood of the Magician, symbolizes the hermetic aphorism: what is above is identical to what is below. This sign in the form of a horizontal figure eight symbolizes the cyclic flow of energies that has neither beginning nor end.

The dominant tool of the Magician is his unwavering Will and clearly expressed desire. By putting his energy into his chosen desire, he initiates a wave of change in the space around him, and then the energy returns to him, taking the form of an embodied intention. Thus, the Magician carries out an energy exchange with the environment. The Magician acts as a Creator, he realizes his Will, actively manages energy flows, he is well aware that energy is not taken from the void, and everything has to be paid for by participating in the processes of energy exchange. In order to attract to himself what he wants, the Magician must offer something in return, and for this purpose it is not necessary to spend his own energy: he skillfully manages the elements, using their power to achieve goals. He is a master of energy management and knows everything about it. He understands what type of energy is needed for a particular task. His hands are involved in the acts of energy management and the act of Creation, indicating that he uses both logical and intuitive approaches. He manipulates both internal and external space.

The dark clothes of the Magician and the black hood hiding his face speak of the impenetrability of his thoughts and the impossibility of predicting his next actions. He possesses secrecy and influences those around him without them even realizing it. His enigmatic image reflects the hidden power and depth of his thinking, making him inaccessible to other people's understanding and predictions.

In the flow of energy, which the Magician directs from his hands, there are symbols of the four elements: fire, water, earth and air. These elements represent the unity and integrity of creation, because everything in the world is made up of these basic elements. The magician is the true creator, wielding the powers of all four elements: water, which symbolizes emotion; fire, representing the spirit; air, identified with the mind; and earth, corresponding to corporeality. He also rules all four suits of the minor arcana, making him a skillful manipulator, a virtuoso player, and a dangerous opponent capable of creating a whirlwind of trouble for his enemies. The magician realizes the malleability of reality and that he has the power to shape it into whatever he sees fit.

The Metatron symbol on the Magician's shoulder really adds new layers of understanding to the image of this card. The Metatron Cube, which is a geometric figure consisting of 13 spheres connected by 78 lines, is a symbol of sacred geometry and signifies the matrix upon which all things are built. This symbol emphasizes the deep connection of the Magician with the cosmos, and his ability to perceive, use and manipulate the fundamental energies and information flows of the Universe.

The whirlpool surrounding the Magician visualizes his ability to immerse others in his inner world, to create events and situations that allow him to carry out his plans and achieve the desired results. It is a powerful allegory of his magnetism and control over the environment and people's destinies.

Magician is the arcana of activity, creativity and manifestation of ideas in the material world. It symbolizes the beginning of action, the moment when the mental image begins to take shape in physical reality. Magician has all the necessary resources for a successful start - energy, knowledge, confidence and will to act. His appearance in the layout often means that a person has everything necessary for the realization of the planned, he just needs to use it.

The described characteristics of the Magician emphasize his leadership qualities, his ability to manipulate and control forces at all levels. He is able to influence people and situations using his intuition, reason, will and knowledge. The Magician is able to exert a strong influence on people, his charisma and ability to persuade make him powerful and respected, but also dangerous if his intentions are not pure.

    Total value

The Magician represents the celestial father of the Fool and actively expresses creative energy. His image merges the features of the creator, artisan and master, and his masculine energy is filled with creation. Occupying the position of the first arcana, the Magician symbolizes the beginning of the journey, emphasizing the themes of self-identity and deep self-awareness. In it are clearly expressed such qualities as strong will, determination, awareness of their own responsibility, risk-taking, the desire to innovate and the desire to penetrate into the unknown. The magician is able to turn his plans into the material world, creating a universe of elements according to his plan. His aspirations have the character of immutable laws that must take shape and materialize.

This character is the embodiment of a leader, explorer and pioneer, who is characterized by independence, love of freedom and sensitivity to changes in energy flows. He is distinguished by swiftness in decision-making, quick perception and learning. With natural authority, the Magician is confident in himself and his abilities, and this gives him the strength to support and guide others, to patronize them and become an example for them. A person whose share falls on this card, you need to keep faith in yourself and control your inner world, because the Magician has a unique ability to translate thoughts into reality. This person is characterized by impressive self-esteem, wit and charisma, it is easy for him to establish contacts and keep in touch with people.

In his dark side, the Magician may display excessive self-confidence and arrogance, an inability to adequately perceive criticism and a tendency to be superior to others when his self-esteem crosses reasonable boundaries. He may reject the opinions of others, considering his own point of view to be the only correct one, and apply pressure on others to achieve personal goals. Such a person can endow himself with the status of an unrecognized genius, despising the opinion of others, show excessive obsession and insolence in communication, trying to suppress other people's will and subordinate it to his own. In this aspect, the Magician turns into an egoist, suffering from a complex of his own majesty.

    Relationship

In his relationships, he is able to manipulate the environment so that the partner acts according to the Magician's wishes. This includes the ability to influence the feelings and behavior of the partner. For example, in a situation where the Magician would prefer the partner to take the initiative in communication after a quarrel, he uses his volitional attitude to control his own emotions, not to give in to the impulse to contact first and thus influence the development of the situation.

The couple depicted on this card is actively working on their well-being and joy of life. They do not leave the outcome of their relationship to chance, but, rejecting the passive what will be, is good, they strive for a clear understanding of their desires in the relationship and actively act to improve it. For example, when one partner dreams of the sea and the other of mountains, they find ways to have vivid shared experiences, avoiding selfish struggles over personal preferences. They strive to create a shared reality by choosing places where both mountains and sea can be enjoyed, or by splitting the vacation into two parts to satisfy both desires. In this way, they build a vortex of happiness that fills their relationships and hearts. And because the Magician symbolizes powerful masculine and sexual energy, there is a sense of intense passion in such a relationship.

This card can also reflect a situation in which one of the partners takes the leading role and dominates, conducting the life of the other. The magician in this case acts as a cunning manipulator who knows perfectly well what buttons to press to achieve his goals. He has a talent for persuasion and attractiveness. In addition, the Magician is not afraid to take the initiative and make the first step towards his partner. The card can also indicate a person who tries to win the attention of another, and conceives various strategies to draw the person into his sphere of influence. This is an indication of a sophisticated and manipulative relationship style.

The Mage has the ability to control his own feelings and emotions, and everything here is entirely determined by his personal desires. If he does not see a future with a person, the Magician is able to free himself from attachment, and if he seeks to maintain a connection, he will look for ways to arouse interest in his partner. In this way, the Magician can symbolize not so much love for another as love for his own person. But also this card can express a sincere interest in the partner and a desire for new experiences.

The magician is able to remain a self-sufficient unit; he is whole and independent. If something does not meet his expectations or desires in a relationship, he will not hesitate to walk away, or, on the contrary, if he passionately desires something, he will persist in pursuing it. The Magician card, which is a combination of all four elements, can reflect deep emotional attachment to a partner (Water element), continuous thinking about him, sometimes even obsessive (Air element), strong attachment (Earth element), as well as fiery passion and strong desire (Fire element).

    Work and finance

The magician embodies the image of an independent and purposeful entrepreneur who succeeds in business. He not only knows how to manage finances with extraordinary skill, but also has the ability to attract funds as if from an unknown source, creating them as if from nothing. His financial flows are strong and steady, resembling a funnel that steadily draws wealth into itself. The magician realizes profits through his relentless drive and bold, deliberate business maneuvers. His own wealth he keeps under tight control, because the Magician has knowledge of how to successfully attract finances and competently manage them. He realizes the personal responsibility for his financial well-being and works tirelessly to strengthen it. The magician achieves the conceived financial indicators, realizes dreams in material terms, attracting the necessary monetary resources and opportunities in his life. He sincerely loves his work, strives to improve his skills and achieves notable success in the professional sphere, which undoubtedly contributes to his advancement on the career ladder and financial growth.

The magician shows himself as a true expert in his chosen field, being a master of a high class. His intellectual abilities and practical skills set him apart from others. The Magician is a virtuoso in managing business processes, personnel and complex financial operations. He is able to transform an enterprise, its structure and appearance, find unique ways to connect different business areas and market niches. The Magician is unwavering in his decisions and infuses his business with confidence. His ingenuity and ability to bring creative solutions make the work process more efficient and original; he is an innovator and creator in his industry. The magician is fully focused on work processes, is characterized by sharp mental work, quick reaction to changes in the market situation and is able to flexibly adapt his products and services to new conditions. He has an intuition that tells him what steps would be best for his business to thrive and utilizes a wide variety of methods to achieve his goals. His endeavors are certainly in the nature of successful and promising projects.

    Warning

You should not impose your will on another person and pressurize them with your opinion. At this point, self-centeredness and the desire for dominance can turn against you. It can also indicate the presence of a dangerous enemy or a partner who knows how to manipulate people to achieve their own goals.

    The High Priestess

    II Major Arcana

    Symbolism

Mannaz represents the symbol of humanity, its unity and the unbroken chain of life and death. The knowledge of the Priestess encompasses the deepest aspects of being, including all aspects of human nature and its mysteries.

Lagu is closely associated with the element of water, the mysterious world of dreams, subconscious processes and intuitive knowing. This suggests that the Priestess has a deep understanding of these aspects and can interpret their meanings.

Pertho reflects the mysticism of the unknown, those aspects of reality that have not yet manifested themselves in the material world. The priestess acts as a keeper of secrets and knowledge of the hidden side of things.

Wunjo is the rune of joy and bliss. Diving into her subconscious, Priestess finds the keys to achieving complete inner harmony and true happiness.

The moon crowning the head of the Priestess, symbolizes the permanence of change, transitional states of being and also denotes the gift of insight, the ability to see the hidden, have prophetic dreams and intuitively feel the world, maintaining a strong connection with the subconscious.

The Priestess has moon-shaped earrings on her ears, an echo of her ability to listen to and understand subconscious voices and unspoken truths.

Brooches with garnet stones on the Priestess' garments symbolize temptation, a challenge to dare to look behind the curtain of mystery and gain knowledge that remains hidden from the world. Her necklace of pomegranates serves as a link to spiritual forces.

On the chest of the Priestess is the Solar Cross, symbolizing perfect balance and harmony. The Priestess demonstrates the ability to be diplomatic, possessing the skills to influence people, mediate conflicts, bring peace and alleviate suffering, while being cautious and prudent.

The Priestess's gaze is hidden, deeply immersed in the world of her sensations and subconscious processes. The eyes painted on her eyelids symbolize her ability to see beyond the ordinary, realizing more than may appear at first glance. Her inward-looking gaze reflects a deep understanding of her own self. After all, the eyes are the mirror of the soul; they reveal that your inner perception determines how the world around you reacts to you. By focusing on her inner state, the Priestess suggests that it is the changes within us that can attract the appropriate life circumstances. By doing so, she shares with us her wise understanding of the universe. The Priestess' posture reads a passive but conscious observation of what lies beyond the visible and material world.

The frontal chakra of the Priestess is clearly accentuated, which emphasizes her supernatural abilities of intuition and foresight, sharp thinking activity. The person personified by this card, has a rare gift of insight: she is able to see people through the prism of their true motives and intentions. She not only intuitively feels the nuances of the surrounding reality, but also has the ability to foresee future events. Such a person is characterized by a continuous process of learning and accumulation of multifaceted knowledge.

    Total value

Priestess represents heavenly motherhood for Fool, personifying the manifestation of the passive feminine. She does not intervene directly in events, preferring to remind of the importance of the inner voice, which is able to show the right path. Occupying a place on the boundary of the infinite Akasha, the Priestess absorbs knowledge that encompasses the entire universe. Diving into the depths of her subconscious, she becomes the recipient of information and runes that reveal to her the secret symbols of the universe.

In the image of the Priestess we find a gentle, feminine energy, full of harmony, wisdom and mystery, sincerely in love with the surrounding nature.
