Vampire Empire is a space adventure two thousands years into the future in the year 4050.  Set across multiple galaxies without any sun where the only light is provided by moons. A sole alien visitor to earth in the year 4040 warned the human race about the potential future threat from the vampire empire, which has enslaved millions of other species as it spreads from one solar system to the next. The sole traveller informs the humans that the vampires are very close to developing a weapon that can destroy burning suns. Should they achieve this technological goal they will in theory be able to destroy the burning sun in earth’s solar system, and then there would be nothing to stop them colonising the system.  On the orders of the Muslim King who now rules earth  a sole human in the year 4041 travels for nine years following a map given to the humans by the alien visitor, and ultimately joins a resistance group in a section of space where no humans have ever visited before, a group made up of a diverse set of species. Each species having their own appearance, personality traits, habits, characteristics, sexuality, religions and ideology.

For the sake of a common goal, all these species put all their differences aside to create strong friendships and an efficient team. The bond became so strong they would die to protect each other. One such individual is Jorto a gay vampire who has grown tired of being discriminated against by his own kind because of his sexuality, the root of this discrimination is that being gay is illegal within the vampire empire, and any vampire discovered to be involved in such sexual activity will be tortured and ultimately sentenced to death.  Over time Jorto becomes a very important member of the resistance group, consistently supplying the resistance with valuable information, particularly about the new sun destroying weapon, along with the location of the shipping yards where it is being constructed.

Using this information the small resistance group embarks upon a mission to destroy this deadly new weapon, but it will not be easy, they are small in numbers, they must travel across vampire controlled space, in a zone far beyond a civilized planetary system into the dangerous wild outer realms, which are said to be full of many dangerous creatures as well as doorways to other dimensions. Ancient top secret scrolls in the vampire historical archives detail the presence of other dimensions over eight hundred years ago, some scrolls are said to chronicle how the vampires species were given their unique ability by a inter dimensional being.

Far away in the furthest depths of space where no sun shines,a planet in a solar system with no sunlight and no name, fifty times the size of earth is surrounded by eight different moons.  It is the moons that provide the brightness upon the planet’s surface, a light source that is not detrimental to the vampires skin.

The planet is located within the most ancient region of space, nobody with any common sense goes there, the outer limit boundaries of space are what many believe to be the gateway to other dimensions. Only those species unfortunate enough to become  slaves, or even worse future food supplies to the vampires travel into this region. Each month cargo ships owned by merchants that deal in  life-form trafficking arrive at the planet’s space docks to unload their cargo (huge numbers of captured life-forms). Capturing life-forms and delivering them to the vampire empire has become a lucrative business for many merchants across the galaxies, it is the most profitable economic sector within the empire’s realm .

The vampires home planet is isolated and very difficult for space ships to navigate access to because it is surrounded by multiple asteroid belts and a web of deadly solar storm zones. The only safe route into and out of the planet is a ten mile long and half a mile wide high corridor that is guarded by two highly advanced military graded space stations, each with enough fire power to repel a good sized fleet of space ships. It would be near impossible for any enemy space fleet to launch an attack on the planet from space, they would not be able to penetrate the natural asteroid belts and solar storm sections that give the planet a protective border. Any ship passing through a solar storm loses all power and just drifts in space.

This is the home planet of the vampire empire, there are a ten main cities, and one capital city, the rest of the planet is either wasteland, or purposely constructed food production factory complexes. This is an empire that holds an evil dark shadow over the galaxy. A galaxy that has no shining suns and is home to many planets and many different life forms. Many of these are enslaved by the vampires, others are willing to accept the vampires and their rules. The vampire empire governs the galaxy with fear and the most powerful and largest armada of military level space ships in the known universe Their technology is far more advanced than all other civilisations combined. It is so advanced that their space ships have planet destroying guns affixed to them.

The vampires need to feed on blood, so in order to maintain a long term sustainable blood source they have created blood production facilities on their home planet. Within these facilities lifeforms are plugged into a computerised food production machine for their entire life cycle, where they consistently provide blood each month to the machine which they then store in various forms of containers until it is required. There are millions of different lifeforms plugged into the systems. Blood quality varies between different species There have been many planetary rebellions against the vampires throughout the ages, but all have reached the same fate of being destroyed, with the leaders of the rebellions killed and their home planets destroyed, and the population either enslaved or sent to the blood production facilities. It is over sixty years since the last rebellion and it as faded out of memory for most of the civilians across the galaxy.

The vampire empire is ruled by the vampire emperor, and his son, their bloodline has ruled the empire for more then a thousand years. All the vampires under his rule have a slightly different appearance, but the universal characteristics are pasty white faces, a mouthful of sharp pointed teeth, with two teeth longer than the rest, reddish/black eyes that look soulless. All vampires have powerful abilities, but the emperor’s and the son’s abilities are far most the most powerful in the whole of the empire, these abilities include been able to control species with their eyes if eye contact is established, being able to transform into bats and fly through the air, being able to move their bodies at exceptional quick speeds, they can even climb up vertical structures ,plus lots of other abilities.

When a vampire bites a life form, the life form will die unless it is bitten by a Charger-Vampire who are the only ones with the power to transform the bitten life-form into a vampire, and they can only turn species into vampires if the empire allows them to do so.

The vampires are only vulnerable to sun rays or having their head amputated from their bodies. In the past enemies of the vampires created various military purpose contraptions that basically shoot out sun light. The most deadly weapons in the galaxy for killing vampires are sun bombs, these sun bombs are manufactured using the combination of three minerals Voltan, Coltran, Doltran, which are mainly found upon selected planets throughout the galaxy. To reduce the threat of sun ray weapons the vampires have outlawed the production, mining, transportation, and trading of these minerals. Any lifeforms, company or planetary system that is discovered to break this law is destroyed without mercy as a example to all others. There is a black market running throughout the galaxy, but the vampire empire has secret agents and informers embedded within this market place to report any breaking of the rules.

In addition to their current empire size, the vampires are always looking for new solar systems to conquer in zones where no suns are present, they frequently send out explorer ships which are manned by a small crew into uncharted space. The vampires have not yet discovered earth, but if they did discover the solar system that contains earth they would stay away because of the dangers of the sun.

To address the situation of not being able to explore solar systems with burning suns, the vampires are in the process of creating two technology aids, firstly they are developing long range robotic probes that can be sent into solar systems many years away in travel time, and do recordings of what they find, and secondly they are developing a weapon that can destroy burning suns.

Unknown to the vampires in the shadows of many planets and systems, beyond the sight of the vampires and their informers, a secret small resistance are attempting to develop a sun ray based virus, they have been trying to create one of these for many years, but maybe now they are closer than ever before to reaching their goal, because a unknown rich benefactor is providing the funding required to continue.

The main currency of trade through the vampire realm are blood bags which are the size of human A4 paper, ten blood bags may get you a month’s supply of food. Blood bags are only used when trading with vampires, or with merchants that later trade with vampires. When non vampire species are trading with other non vampire species the main currency is pepsicone, which is a red gem stone, shaped into flat circles. Prices of goods and services vary from one solar system to another.

There are two main modes of transportation across the vampires realm, the first being space ships of various kinds, there are thousands of different space vessels. The second method is for those that cannot afford space vessel travel, are huge cable type car systems that link certain planets together, a cable connects planets together, and a cable car travels along the cable, this mode is very old and slow and it can take a week to travel between planets, but this method is very cheap. These cable car systems are only present between twenty percent of the planets within the vampire controlled galaxy.

The bar is dirty, dust is everywhere, blowing in from the desert outside through a door that is riddled with holes, and windows that have sections of glass missing. Everything in this town is rotten, decaying, it used to be one of the most economically thriving towns in the whole universe, but that was generations ago, when mining for the mineral Doltran was the leading industry, but since the banning of mining enforced by the vampires, the town has been in rapid decline. Most of the population have fled the planet which is located on the outer rim of the vampire’s far reaching galaxy in search of a higher economic life elsewhere. Those that remain are usually those that do not have the money to pay for transportation off the planet. There is little prosperity, warlords battle to rule the planet. Transportation to and from the planet is monitored by a vampire observation platform, a small space station with low level weaponry and a deflector shield to defend itself against attacks from enemy space ships. The main strength of these observation platforms is the powerful communication systems that they have, they have direct communication lines to the empire’s home planet, and can instantly call for help. The empire has also established hyper-links between certain planets, these are pre-defined space lanes where space ships use their hyper drives and travel faster than light speed between origin and destination. These routes allow the vampire fleet to travel between planets quickly. Throughout the ruled galaxies there are hundreds of hyper-link routes, all pre-mapped out in ship computerised navigation systems so that ships using them never collide into objects during their journey.

Any ship wanting to land on Gloden or take off the from planet has to gain permission from the vampires’ observation platform. The capital town is called Barntate, a dreary place, where lifeforms are just plodding through life, lots of depression and mental illness in the town, many residents just sit down all day doing nothing with their lives, their conversations are usually based on subjects like water dripping from a water pipe system, or banging in a structures roof because of loose ceiling planks moving in the wind. In fact doing nothing for ten, twenty years is seen as being a normal way to live in this town, most of the life-forms are negative in mindset, lack ambition or motivation to better their lives, and are the kind of lifeforms that drain your enthusiasm and desire to advance in life out of you, in fact most of the residents on this planet reach the end of their life and have nothing to show for it. The Vampire Emperor regards this planet as the most low intellectual section of the universe, he is considering transforming the planet into a planet size prison.

This place is universally called by many lifeforms as the dump of the universe, very few visit. On the surface there is just decay and little in the way of intelligence, the structure of the buildings is mainly wood combined with some materials native to the planet, the planet’s surface is one big desert with the exception of a rock mountain range, sand storms can rage for months.  The town of Barntate is the only known residential location on the planet, it as its own water supply from a underground source. Deep beneath the surface is a zillion centos worth of Doltran, which used to be one of the most desired elements in the universe, but nobody is allowed to access it.

Alone at the bar a character wearing a black cloak, dark hair, human in species, white skin is Ian, who originates from the planet earth, far far away, the people of this planet have never even heard of Earth, in fact nobody in this universe has heard of earth, not even the vampire empire. Ian is an outlander explorer, sent into the depths of space by the Earth federation.

On planet earth it is the year 4052, the planet is ruled by the Muslim king, Mohammed the Prophet II who united all the different religions under his rule, Mohammed is fair and is the most popular ruler of the human race for generations, never has a ruler been so popular. In 4050 the human race is united, no conflicts, all willing to help and care for each other. The humans have remained within their own solar system, having constructed colonies in addition to Earth upon Mars, Jupiter, and Saturn along with multiple space stations. Their technology has advanced over time but it not yet as advanced as the vampire empire technology.

In the year 4040 a non human single traveller from a galaxy far away visited earth to warn them about the terror and future menace of the vampire empire. He supplied lots of information about the species and planets under the vampires control along with details about the vampires themselves. The sole purpose of his visit is so that other planets do not suffer the same destiny as his own planet. Most important he provided maps of how to reach the vampires home planet. This single traveller died in the year 4042, due to the long distance he travelled draining all his energy reserves, long distance travel in space without the suitable equipment is very dangerous, a person needs to sleep in a frozen state so that their bodies do not decay due to space travel.

The Muslim king in response decided that he needed more information, and despatched an outlander explorer to the space co-ordinates that was given to them to investigate the warning about the vampires. Outlander explorers undergo intense training regarding travelling long distances in space, they actually train upon a space vessel that repetitively flies around the earth in space for many years alone. In the meantime he is building more defensive space stations around the solar system, in case the vampire empire decide to attack Earth with their fleet.

The human explorer has travelled for more than nine years, and finally entered into the vampire empire’s controlled space. This human is an expert in martial arts, explosives, weaponry, close combat along with other things. The purpose of his mission is to gather intelligence about the vampires, their strengths, their weaknesses, their allies, their enemies, their operations, their technology. His space ship is black in colour which makes it hard to see in darkness, it can be controlled by one person/pilot, but has room for four people to live in comfort, food production machines that can self produce food as and when required. The ship has weaponry,but the one great advantage that this ship has overall is its speed. The human has found his way to the planet of Gloden following a map given to the human race by the individual that visited planet Earth years before.

Ian lets his eyes float their gaze around the bar, it’s capacity is only half full,multiple different species are inside the bar, Ian has never seen non human species before, he never met the single visitor that came to earth, this is the first time he has seen such weird looking creatures, many have a humanoid stance about them, two arms, two legs, but are totally different to each other, some look reptilian. Maybe Ian is staring at one of them too much, because one of the species does not seem happy that a stranger is staring at them, Ian glances away, the last thing he wants is to get in trouble with the locals and draw attention to himself, He turns back to the bar to see the barmaid glancing friendly towards him.

Don’t stare at them too much, they are the largest criminal gang that rule this planet, don’t get into trouble with them a friendly female voice from behind the face of a masculine looking red face with three eyes. All of those present in the bar seem be of the same species, just with different coloured faces. Ian smiles back I am new to this planet, and I do not mean to offend anybody.
