Hello Readers: I am Rowlen Deleware Vanderstone III, my penname.  My real name is Robert D. Vergeson and I have since my childhood have always dreamed of writing.  I just had to get past my learning disabities and a physical handicapp since I was born premature 1951.  As early as I can remember my daydreams and night dreams was about adventures stories, being he hero who rescued the fair maiden.  It wasn't until after repeating 3 elementary grades over that at age 15 did I finally physically grasp my reading skills and since I became an avid reader of Sci-fi and fatansy, Teen adventure stories, and rite of passage stories of teen life in many circumstances in life.  And yes, I rooted for the hero who bested the bullies in his life.  I had my fair share of them in my life given my own circumstances.  I wrote my first story in my senior year in high school, then shelved it as worthless.  It wasn't until decades later that I had my poetry published in those anthologies.  Even won a few recognitions.  My my first real Sci-fi manuscipt was rejected by a publisher summarily and I gave up writing. To be honest I was lousy when it came to english grammer, but had a great imagination. curing Covid, at 70 years of age, I took out my dustiy manuscripts and went the Ebook route with Smashwords, and 46 published Ebooks later, I am still grinding away. I was certainly a late bloomer, like at age 47 I got a college degree, earned a 3.5 GPA, made the National Deans List, and was inducted into the PHI Thetta Kappa honor society.  My High school counscelor once told me that I was't college material.  Was told digging ditches was the best job for me.  I believed her, and dug ditches, and spend 27 years still believing her.  Bullies come in all kind of shapes and ages.  My first ebook is a bio about my bullies called "Walters and the Bullies" On Smashwords.com  I am still lousy at grammer and spelling and very thankful for spell and grammer check. At 72, I look forward to a few more books out of me.  I will pat myself on the back and say my Sci Fi fantasy are good reads,.  My rite of passages series even better, my chapbook, my mysteries, and my non-fiction revealing.

    Introduction

Seed for thoughts, Similar or opposite we all have the right to oppose or accept the thoughts of others.  We may not agree, or we may agree.  When we force our opinions on others either by rank, our station in life or by power by will of that rank, or wealth.  When we use misinformation, mislead by ignorance shame on us.  When we mislead by our intelligence or education, shame on us.  When we mislead by deliberate act are we bullies or dictators?  When we use threats, even violence to convince others your opinion, statement, or ideology is the right one for all to follow, are we bullies or dictators?  A bully is often just as confused, misinformed, a victim of their environment.  Whereas a dictator is not always confused or misinformed or a victim of their environment.  They know what they want and will do whatever it takes to rule with an iron fist or with words that misguide their followers to believe they are not bullies or dictators.  Who decides who is right or wrong, the many or the one.  When the many speak in unison in favor of an idea, theology, philosophy, opinion, candidate, or law.  Thy have the right to do so as long as it isn’t inciting violence, hate, or breaking the laws of the land.  The one has the same equal right as long as the one isn’t inciting violence, hate, or breaking a law.

We have followers and we have leaders, and somewhere in between we have fence sitters who can’t decide which side of the fence to jump off from.  The followers follow a leader.   A fence sitter waits until either a leader leads their followers off a cliff, or toward the promise land.  Most fence sitters fail to jump off the fence in time to reach that promise land, or they sit on the fence saying I told you so.  You were following the wrong leader.  You should have followed me, or if you had asked me, I would have told you there is no such thing as Unicorns or pigs that fly.  Then when the fence sitter is asked why didn’t you get of the fence and lead us, or warn us, or stop us.  The fence sitter says, ‘not my job’.

I would like to think I am not a hero like superman who can leap over tall buildings.  I may not have the right leadership skills to lead, or the personality to lead the many or even the one.  I often doubt my intelligence, and my self-worth because of a childhood environment of emotional and physical abuse as a result of physical and mental disabilities due to my premature birth.  It has taken me nearly 73 years to get off that fence of self-pity, low-self-esteem, and realize I have a voice.  You may agree or disagree, that is your right, and we may agree to disagree.  What follows in the pages to come is a review of that voice (Blogs) shared on Medium.com since 2019.  If we never speak our minds, we will never know what it is like to have a voice that is heard.  I don’t carry a big stick when I speak, and to be honest I wish I had more than just a few followers and readers then I do.  But I will defend my right to speak and have a voice, and if someone thinks that voice is weak, imbecilic, wrong and where out in left field, then so be it.  They have the same right to be a critic.  I just wish they would make their presence known, with some very honest critics.  No bullies allowed, or dictators and I have a right to tell you if you are.

Like the one person’s critic/review who made a comment on one of my published eBook’s.  That my sci-fi fantasy, space story was unbelievable.  It was about thousands of years in the future, a space opera colony story where the space craft he mentioned was discontinued in use back in the middle of 1900’s, a military F model. Nowhere could I find in my story of such an aircraft described as a military F model.  My space craft was a small moon size colony ship traveling space looking for a habitable planet.  Since when does a Sci-Fi fantasy space opera 3,000 years in the future has to be relative to the 1900’s and believable.  I discovered all his reviews of other Smashword authors where not based on being an author himself, just as a reader never wrote one single sci-fi fantasy (had no imagination I suppose).  All his critics and reviews where very negative and not one positive remark of over 100 reviews.  I wonder if he even read the eBook’s he critics.  Most certainly not mine to mention a 1900’s air craft that was never mentioned in the story in any detail to be a military F model of the 1900 era.  And I told him so in my response about the The Walls of Zephyr.  The point I am trying to make is with a Sci-fi fantasy space opera story 3,000 years in the future, fantasy does not have to be realistic believable, or technologically of the 1900’s.  I wonder if he ever read H.G. Wells or Jules Verne.  My initial feelings after getting the review was to stop writing.  To date I have published 50 eBooks 51 counting this one on many genre’ from fiction, non-fiction, for young adults, older adults, mystery, sci-fi fantasy, poetry, plays, and essay’s.  The bully who thought he was a critic didn’t stop me.

This ebook 2019-2023 in Review covers my postings (blogs) on Medium.com regarding many topics and point of views.  The review of these original posting has revealed much about my spelling and grammar mistakes since 2019.  Therefore, I have taken the time to spell check and grammar check these postings to reflect those changes from their original publications.  Spelling and grammar has never been my strong point since the 1st grade on. I am thankful for Spell check and grammar check apps, yet I still make errors.  To be human is to admit I still make errors.  Do forgive me it you spot any, like ‘Be to, should be Me too" and Dyslexia type errors.  The blogs were originally published under my real birth name Robert D. Vergeson.

    Bias in the White House

    Mar 14, 2019

In the most recent events coming out of the White House regarding future budget demands by President Trump should worry many in our Nation from every walk of life. On a campaign promise by Trump, we have him reversing his strong stance on reducing our deficit. In fact, we have an increase on an original proposed Build a Wall budget of 5 Billion now raised to nearly 9 Billion, an increase of 4 Billion dollars. It would appear that Trump in spite of not getting the initial 5 billion from the current budget is now punishing congress by declaring a National Emergency to build that wall. Declaring he will take money from already approved funds assigned other agencies and projects by redirecting those funds to build his wall. He didn’t just ask for 5 Billion, but made it clear he was now going to take 9 Billion in total. His new budget proposal for the next round of budget demands on congress shows us that he will also, to finance that wall, cut back on low-income subsidies, Food Stamp programs, and other funded programs designed to aid the disabled, seniors, and low-income families and individuals. A figure of as high as 90% cutbacks was proposed, so that the savings would be diverted to fund the Wall, and other pet projects of Trumps administration.

Is this what a sitting President of our Nation should be creating, more opportunity for unrest, or rather should our President be fostering better solutions to improve our social ills? There was a time in our Presidential history, a President rose up from hardship to reach the highest office in our nation. Such leaders had a grasp of what it was like to come from that hardship. We have had Presidents from middle class backgrounds who have not forgotten the people, and we have had Presidents from the wealthy sector of our society as well. All have done the job as best as they can, with hopes and dreams for this nation. Trumps comes from a stratosphere of wealth never before seen in politics, a background of wealth he was born into. Nothing wrong with being wealthy and privileged. Except when it creates a bias attitude toward those who are not from that stratosphere. The real bias comes out when the pogrom coming out of Trumps White House is against Indigents, Low-income, poverty level members society. Trumps Wall is a pogrom to exterminate unwanted poverty-stricken indigents from coming to America to the land of the rich. Trumps new proposed budget to slash low-income subsidies is to revert more money to enrich the rich while the poor get poorer. If he gets his Wall built on the backs of these cutbacks. Will he then shove these new indigents out of our nation as well? Does Trump see our nation as a land of the rich only, one where he will be the riches among the riches, and anyone with less than the pocket change in Trump pants must go. What happens when the Forbes 500 find themselves off the list because Trump can’t abide by having anyone living in his Stratosphere. I am reminded of a King, King Midas with his dream of owning all the Gold in the world. Do I need to remind you what King Midas gained for his lust of wealth and power? He lost a loved one, we could lose a nation.

It would appear that Trump has a problem with the concept of what low-income and poverty means for millions of people in this nation. To reduce these subsidies and benefits that help many get by on a daily basis would increase the struggles, anxieties, and fears of those who find it hard enough to get by as it is. Trumps reasoning is that many of these people should be forced to work or lose the subsidies. This would include those who are disabled. There is just one flaw with this concept. There is a great number of these low-income families and individuals receiving benefits from government programs who are working, but not receiving a living wage. If they were receiving a Living Wage, would they need the extra help? If those physically and mentally disabled where capable of work, and many are and do, yet still work without a Living Wage. Does Trump understand the numbers here and the root problems low-income families and individuals, seniors, and disabled face in the real world of work and our society. Without the following they could not rise above the low-income and poverty level defined by our government. Without a living wage a family or individual, senior or disabled could not afford the rising cost of Housing, thus why we need have Hud/Section 8 subsidies. There is a need to curb the rising Rent cost in this country so that until A living wage is in place to meet these rising costs we would need affective Rent controls or freezes to keep costs down when renting. This should also apply to Utility costs, food cost, car insurance cost, and gas prices, so the current wage levels can meet the needs of current renter, and those seeking rental housing. Is this practical? That can be debatable with both pros and cons.

Without a Healthcare programs & subsidies, low-income families or individuals could not afford the cost of Healthcare, along with rental cost and its associated costs. To keep reinventing these subsidies for Medicaid, and Medicare, Obamacare, and private health insurance only postpones the problems. Causing a roller coaster of anxiety and fear when from one year to the next, or new government administrations seek to either, scrap existing programs to put in their own version. Often rather than improve on what exist they end up creating further frustration and setbacks for those programs that work and its recipients. Any direction taken in making improvements should always be an upward motion, and at a level that weeds out what has failed to produce the desired results and have replacements waiting to be implemented at the same time. Not, scrape the entirety of a program before there is a viable replacement waiting to be implemented. I repeat, a complete scraping isn’t the right solution, nor is basing such action on political changes and ideology of a new administration in power. This sends a message of instability in our government when it is either a law, or congressional approved program. There must be security in knowing that not every two years or so, the White House and Congress can assure that a new program, subsidy, and aid program will have roots set down so that if changes are needed, they can’t just scrape and start over, but must work toward solutions to keep that program alive and working better.

Without these subsidies and programs that aid low-income and the poor. Without means to rent, eat, be healthy, there would be an increase in the rate of homelessness when: Low-income housing subsidies ended, rent rates continue to climb faster than wage increases, Related health issues climb due to lack of affordable Healthcare and access, and lack of Safety of Shelter from the elements. There would also be Increases in Emotional Mental health issues, such as, Suicide, Addictions, and Crime. More emotional and mentally disabled people would be put on the streets unable to work or comply to new work requirements as proposed by Trump for 2020.  Without funds and subsidies that train and educate people to meet the growing demands of the Technical fields and employers. Many would be unable to meet the needs of employers when they lack qualifications and preemployment checks. Without updated technical education, good credit history, no criminal background, and Landlord references which have become a rising requirement for new hires in the last decades or so. Many would remain on the streets along with those already homeless and jobless, affected by these requirements.

This trend of credit checks, background checks, and Landlord references are being used as a psychological tool by employers and landlords alike to measure the risk involved in hiring and renting to new tenants. These tools are based on evidence that a good credit history indicates that a new hire will be to work on time, do a good job, and is reliable. Lacking the stress, worry and problems a bad credit history would indicate. Being that the new hire is unable to be reliable, work on time, can’t do a good job because they worry so much about their debts and money issues. The same is said of a new renter. When there is an issue of being homeless, and or evicted a credit history reflects much as to why there was an eviction. The same can be said of a criminal background check when it shows related issues with tenant abuse of property, drugs, and illegal activities in the home. For the new hire, poor housing history or lack of one, indicates no stability history references for the employer, or landlord.  In association to being homeless we have those unable to get to work, unable to want to work, and Mental health issues being homeless. Health issues and addiction issues leads to those unable to pass employment physicals. Criminal background checks, Negative Credit History issues, and Addictions are markers any employer and landlord check for to avoid the risks of getting burned. Which cost money for the employer, which leads to lower wages to absorb those losses, higher product cost and Insurances. For the landlord it is higher rent cost, maintenance cost, and Insurance cost they pass on to the next qualified renter.

Low wages create issues with being unable to meet the demands of financially sustaining a reasonable comfortable life, Support a family, or yourself, Support of Physical, Emotional and Mental health, gain Educational and Training for better jobs. This is why a Living Wage would put many on a better field of play in remaining a stable environment for their family, as an individual, and allow them to cope with the cost of rents, credit cards, food cost, Home and Auto Insurance, Auto costs, and the list goes on and on. We are living in an era where the psychological definition of poor Credit history, Criminal background, and poor work history defines one’s character has positive or negative, worthy or untrustworthy, and not a risk or a risk. Being a risk is like being labeled you communicable disease, no one wants to get. A landlord or employer relies heavily on these reports to determine the risk they should take or not take. Often easier for them to reject out of hand then to take a chance. Thus, leaving an individual homeless or jobless, compounding the problems they have trying to better themselves. Most of the program subsidies that Trump proposes for 2020 budget are programs that offer those remediations, education, help getting out of a bad situation. Some would include subsidies and grants for our already full shelter programs to have available to them. They would also include Mental Health programs, and programs for Addiction.

Without some remediation to get around these current trends of credit checks and the like, we will continue to have problems. What we would face with Trumps new budget plans would be an artificial creation of more problems with Homelessness, Mental Health issues, and Crimes associated to stress, anxiety, and Mental Health issues. Rather than improve the well-being of our low-income families, and individuals, seniors, and disabled Trump would be creating a True State of Emergency in this nation, and rather than be a land of opportunity we would be the land of social unrest, rebellion, and strife beyond anything we could have faced up until now. The progress we have gained would be a backward step rather than a forward step. Is Trump undermining our Freedom from Want and Fear so that he can have a greater sense of power and wealth over this Nation?

The following is an excerpt from an article found in ShareAmerica.gov by Stephen Kaufman, ©12/13/2016.  ".....That document traces its roots to a January 6, 1941, speech by U.S. President Franklin Roosevelt, in which he insisted that everyone was entitled to four freedoms: freedom of speech, freedom of worship, freedom from want and freedom from fear. The first two are easily understood, but ... What about the other two freedoms? Mary Kalemkerian, a human rights officer in the Office of the United Nations High Commissioner for Human Rights, said the freedom from want calls attention to issues of official corruption or certain groups being guaranteed more of their country’s resources. Unfortunately, given the way the world works, there will always be people who have more and people who have less.  But when we talk about freedom from want, what we really want to look for is if people are being held down and denied access to basic needs, she said. Freedom from fear means that no one should be in fear of their government, its armed forces, police who act undemocratically, or even their neighbors. It means you can go to bed at night, and you can expect that your home will still be standing the following day.  It also means that you can plan far enough ahead to plant crops for the next harvest, Kalemkerian said. Pervasive fear can cut generations out of society through malnutrition or being unable to send children to school. Put another way, she added, lives lived in fear miss out on countless opportunities and can never recover those losses, even if peace is restored."

To cut any percentage of the subsidies mentioned in Trumps latest Budget requests for 2020, and to divert the funds from the Military, and other government programs to build a wall, would certainly fall under the depredation of our Freedom of Want and Fear as Kalemkerian defines, and what President Franklin D. Roosevelt on January 6, 1941, said about the Four Freedoms we are entitled to.  It is clear to me that we have a President who is bias toward an under-privileged class of people in this nation and desires to put them in further harm’s way as he has, already shown in his pogrom of Building a Wall at our Southern Border with Mexico.  He now will ask Congress to extend that pogrom to American citizens who are unfortunate to be born with less, and to take even more from them to enrich his own sense of wealth and power over them. There is no room for bias in the White House or Democracy. If Trump really wanted to help this Nation, he could use his own wealth to build a better society based on the principals already set forth in our U.S. Constitution and Bill of Rights. Which does not mean building a wall to keep out (in his own views and sadly Republicans at large) undesirables, indigent, poor, rather than give them the opportunity to show they can be contributors to our society and respect of our Nation’s laws. The same can be said of our low-income and homeless population born here in the United States, American citizens. There should be no definition of class in this nation either by law, wealth, or poverty. But rather by what is far older then this nation, and any nation on this earth. We are all human beings made from the same mold, deserve the same respect, trust, and opportunity to earn that respect and trust. There should be no pogrom that separates us from another based-on government bias, elected official bias, bias of law, religious bias, employer bias, landlord bias or personal bias. Yes, we have our civil rights, our legal rights, and the right as defined by Roosevelt, our Constitution, Bill of Rights, and the Supreme Court. Have you noticed that unless you have perfect credit, come born with wealth or earned that wealth, have no criminal background, Mental Health issues, and a higher education then most? Then being Middle to low-income, poor, homeless, and have bad credit, a Criminal background, and Mental health issues, you are a risk in this society, therefore your rights are hereby negated until you can prove you are fit to live in the upper class of society. Is this the Bias being taught in the White House by its current Administrative Leader?

    I Am Biological

    Mar 22, 2019

I am self-aware: I make tools, I use tools. I make fire, I use fire to survive, I weave cloth, I can wear cloths, I plant and grow food to survive, I invent, I use what I invent, I can believe in a God or Gods, I dream, I cry, I laugh, I scream, I defecate, I puck, I can kill or be killed, I don’t need to kill, but I can to survive.

Remove the color of my skin, eyes, or hair or not. I am fat and I am slim, Gay or Straight, adult or childlike, bald or hairy, political or not, short or tall, fast or slow, challenged or not, two legs or one, one Arm or none, sighted or not, hear or not. I still have a brain, maybe less of the other organs, artificial heart or not. I am caring or not.

I can either walk or crawl, be pushed or use auto drive. I have no need to say I am of one race or culture, political party, Faith or Fade, pro or con. It matters not. What does matter is I am equal to all sentient biological beings created by the Big Bang or by design of a God. Or by chance I crawled out of the slime of eon’s past.

I am Biological having the same basic chemistry and basic DNA all other humans on this earth have regardless of race, skin color, creed, sexual orientation, culture, religion, wealth, education, disabilities mentally, or physically. I am more than an insult or hurtful slang. I am more than a rarity, or a commonality. I am not different from you.

So why are you pointing figures at me and saying I am not like you? Don’t we breathe the same air, look into the same mirror, and defecate the same bodily waste. Did we not come from same mold or are you the only one who believes they are far superior, made of the rarest DNA, Gold flowing through your veins, your Heart better than mine.

What a shame it would be, if that was so, for it would mean I am just like you. I am biological, what are you?

Thoughts on The Mueller Report Expectations

A Series of Emails to Nightly@nbcuni.com

Subject: Trusting the Elections System 03/23/2019

Given what has transpired around the 2016 election and up to now with the current situation in the White House and what surrounds Trumps ability or inability to be the President we need. I am wondering just how much the American people can trust the political and election system in the upcoming 2020 elections, and those that follow. Regardless of collusion or no collusion by Trumps campaign, or Trump himself, and given indictments, guilty pleas, and convictions of those he appointed and surrounded himself with. Just what does the American people expect of a system that is so obviously flawed, and do they really believe their next vote won’t be just another fraud committed on them. If I was in Trumps shoes, I would be very suspect of how I got in the White House to begin with. That is if Trump truly is innocent of any collusion, though in reality guilty of poor judgement of who he surrounded his campaign with, now convicted Felons. If guilty out right of collusion, then his election should be invalid and removed from office as he shouldn’t gain from committing a crime of fraud against the American people. Regardless of being proven innocent or not. His association to the fact his campaign was riddled with criminal activity and he still faces other investigations around his personal and business affairs. A better man would step down in shame because of his poor judgement and association and remove himself from public life. Thus, is he really the better man for the running of this country? It isn’t about being a Democrat or a Republican. It’s about who is the right person to run this country, the better man or the man who feels no shame. The latter is one who can’t admit he has been duped into believing he won a legit election and should step down and save face.

    Subject: Valid or Invalid 03/24/2019

With the Mueller report summary out, and the conclusion that the finding is that the President and his campaign was not guilty of Collusion with the Russians in the interference by the Russians in the 2016 Presidential Election. It is also clear that on many fronts, the Russian’s involved in that interference where of Military Rank, and Rank of Wealth, along with other Russian individuals who had motives to interfere. The report made it clear that Trump and his campaign was not involved in either asking or influencing the Russians to do so. So far as the summary report states. The report states the interference was illegal by the Russians involved in the 2016 elections and indictments and criminal charges were filed against those involved.  The question we should be asking ourselves now, is the 2016 Presidential Election valid when a foreign entity illegally influences the outcome of that election and to ask who really won the election? Were the votes valid, did Trump win only because of the tampering of the election. Did Clinton lose because of the tampering, or vice versa? Regardless of either Candidates winning or losing, or involvement, the election was illegally tampered with to influence the outcome. Was the winner the one the Russians wanted or the loser? We may never know who? As for a motive for interfering. The only logical motive to do so, if not paid by Trump, would seem to be to undermine our Nations security, integrity, and the trust of the people. Maybe a precursor to invasion once they have weakened the people’s trust in the White House leadership. Is Trump an unwilling stooge of the Russians because they knew he was inexperienced in World politics, and World Affairs. It wouldn’t be the first time a world power would weaken an adversary from within its own ranks. It would also, indicate that Trump an unwilling stooge, was never the right person to lose the White House to begin with, and without Russian influence, would have never won the election in the first place. The outcome is that the American people have been made an unwilling stooge right along with Trump.

Where does congress go from here? How do they invalidate the election? Is it a do over? A do over would only increase the doubt, and the mistrust in our election system, as well as compound the problem the Russian influence has created or wanted created. Why are we battling each other in Congress over these issues? It’s what the Russian’s wanted. Russia is laughing out us and wanted us to be made a laughing Jackass for the world to sneer at. The motive for Russia’s interference keeps getting clearer and clearer. Trump and his campaign Collusion allegations may have finally been put aside for now. But how do we deal with Trumps obvious Political Naivety and his Inexperience’s with World Affairs? This nation doesn’t need a President in Training curriculum in hopes the Green Apple ripens in time to be of value to the people. Let’s stop kidding ourselves. Russia had a reason they didn’t want Hilary Clinton in the White House to begin with. She wasn’t malleable and easy to manipulate as Trump has proven for the Russians. He didn’t have to have Collude with Russia, only smile and nod his head like the stooge they wanted. As for Trumps other legal problems, again Russia has read him well and knew he would be malleable. In the end Trump would face legal problems to further confuse American people. Trump’s White House would be divided, and Russia united with our enemies to topple us.  Speculations or not, this nation is divided, and as anyone would know, you divide and conquer.

Subject: Reasonable Doubt and the Spin Factor 03/25/2019:

For those of us of the Perry Mason generation of Court Drama TV. Reasonable Doubt was one of Mason’s best tactic in getting his client of the hook, as well as, getting the real killer to confess they did it.  In the reality of criminal prosecutions, reasonable doubt is the measurement of facts given to the Judge or Jury as to whether they are enough to convict a person of a crime.  If the evidence is enough without reasonable doubt you should convict. If there is reasonable doubt of guilt, then you should not convict. Spinning reasonable doubt is a skill many defense lawyers use to get their clients of the hook by showing the Prosecutors evidence and facts as questionable enough to show a judge or jury reasonable doubt. Prosecutors need only prove the evidence of guilt as factual and disprove defense facts as unreasonable. The fictional T V Court drama make it sound easy without a reasonable doubt to be sure. In real life, it is the skills of the Defense, and the Prosecution to present the facts supported by testimony, witnesses, Criminal Forensic Science, and rule of law. In the end it is the Judge or Jury who must decide whether there is reasonable doubt to convict or unreasonable doubt to acquit. It is a Grand Jury to find reasonable cause to indict a person for a crime.

Doubt in of itself is when our eyes and ears, see and hear, yet our mind refuses to believe. In the realm of modern Criminal Forensic Science, and Criminal Science Investigations, do we have sound evidence to prove one way or the other ones guilt? But that is not enough to convict a person of a crime. It still ends up in a court of law, unless a person confesses when faced with irreputable facts. Though as a rule, it still ends up in court when a charge of a crime doesn’t result in a confession of guilt and saves the cost and time of an initial trial. There is always a sentencing procedure to follow regardless of a plea of guilty. When we deal with a Grand Jury investigation to get an indictment of a crime committed, the weight of evidence is used to indict or not indict a person. Once an indictment is handled down, then the indicted arrested and put through the procedure of a criminal trial to prove without a doubt the person’s guilt. Of course, a plea of guilt save’s cost and time of a lengthy trial. When we deal with the Special investigation and result of the Mueller Report, we have indictments based on proof of facts, testimony, witnesses, interviews, and under oath statements along with rule of law, and Criminal Forensic Science. We also have reasonable doubt of a wrongdoing based on lack of evidence.

Now lack of evidence can be in reality that there is no real evidence found to indict a person of wrongdoing. Otherwise, reasonable doubt there was no crime here under rule of law. On the other hand, there is unreasonable doubt that suggest there may well have been a crime committed but no evidence as of yet has been found to prove so. No one has come forward with that evidence, or someone has effectively hidden the evidence to never come to light. Hidden evidence can be a deliberate omission of facts, misleading facts, lies, corruption of and by authority, wealth, and criminal activities to suppress the facts. It’s a fact that if you have the power and the means, you can bury the evidence. We are still looking for Jimmy Hoffa. The summary of the Mueller Report may have cleared the Question of whether Trump and his Campaign were in collusion with the Russian’s in their illegal influencing of the 2016 election. It did not however, without a reasonable doubt state that Trump was entirely clear of any Obstruction of Justice in the matter of the Russian’s involvement in our 2016 elections.

Yet, Trump as of 03/25/2019 spins that the Mueller Report does clear him of Obstruction of Justice. His rhetoric has not changed one iota when it comes to how he spins the facts to make him look angelic in the eyes of the public. This rhetoric barely relies on actual fact, written fact, or recorded fact, but is off the cuff remarks that have been proven wrong by the fact checkers. Those who keep track of the facts as they are recorded, written, reported, and are part of public records, government records, and media records and historical records. If there is any reasonable doubt of Trumps facts being actuate as he states them, it is proven time after time he is unable to stand upright on the facts he spins as truth. Therefore, if Mueller is unable to find any evidence to date of Obstruction of Justice maybe it is buried deeply behinds Trumps Spinology and ability to obstruct the facts as they really are. If I had any unreasonable doubt of Trumps innocence, it is his inability to tell the truth as he knows it nor use facts as they are. He may well believe he is an honest man, a factual and truthful man. He may well believe he has convinced the public he is a truthful person by virtue of claiming it is all Fake News. Abraham Lincoln once quoted You can fool all the people some of the time, and some of the people all the time, but you cannot fool all the people all the time. I was not born a fool.

Subject: Time to wake up America 03/25/2019

Fools need to wake up, and the gullible need to pay attention, and the wise need to stop napping on the job. Just to clarify, I do not believe, nor do I expect that all people are fools and certainly I have played that role myself at times. Though I do have some doubt about some. As long as, there is doubt reasonable or unreasonable. The American people will find themselves battling with what they see, or hear, while the mind tries to believe or disbelieve what they see or hear. That is the real dilemma we face in our country the uncertainty of the future is going to be regarding our electoral system, foreign outside influence and how that influence can affect the outcome of a Presidential election. If anything, we should be learning from these conflicts in trust and our doubt in the leadership of our country and that it must never happen again. Fixing the problem can’t proceed until what is wrong in the White House and conflict between Congressional parties is resolved in ways that will lead to it never happening again. Stubbornness, hardliners, and bias party rhetoric is not going to get us anywhere soon unless we can get past the blind spot in our thinking that one party is better than the other party, and my dad can kick your Dads butt, and we are infallible human beings. If there is any reason to believe that we are still infallible then you only look at the mess our political system is in, and the infighting between Congressional houses, and why Russia wants it this way. Why do we continue to fight like cats and dogs between us while our real enemy is sneaking up on us? Why does the White House treat Russia as a good neighbor? Something inherently wrong when all evidence shows our good neighbor has done what others have failed to do. Divide us between ourselves in hope we have another American civil war while the real enemies of the state wait and pick up the pieces. Time to think American, time to act American, time to face the truth, or its time to see a Great Nation die because we were to blind to see the truth. Times up, the fools are losing, and our real enemies are winning.

Epiphany of Slavery in the 21st Century

    Apr 26, 2019

Without realizing it, or ever knowing it, or feeling it, or being in it. You suddenly right that moment have an Epiphany, a revelation and the insight telling you that without a shadow of a doubt you have been held in the state of poverty by the failure of your government to act responsibly in freeing you from that slavery of poverty. A slavery created by deliberate rules of law designed to keep a class of people held bondage to poverty. In a state of hunger, homelessness, and lack of financial freedom that would not emancipate you from that class and state of being less then equal to those who have more then you. I do not speak of those who refuse to work, able body, and unwilling to better themselves. But, of those in the slavery of poverty unable to work due to physical disability, mental and emotional ill health, and those who are through misfortune victims of generations of low-income and rising cost of living. Lack of affordable education, housing, and medical care. Those who were born into a class structure of poverty put upon them by rules of law designed to keep them in bondage to poverty by those who deem themselves better than them because of their higher social standards, wealth, education and achievements. We are a nation of wealth first among many first world nations, yet we have a rising and growing class of poverty within our borders despite our Nation’s wealth. I speak of the rise in homelessness of individuals and family units unable to maintain the cost of living because there low-income or government benefits are unable to keep abreast of those rising cost of living.

There are all kinds of slavery. The kind that we put upon our own backs, and the kind that is forced on to us by those who wish to benefit by enslaving us. There is sex slavery, labor slavery, racial slavery, and now the slavery of poverty that encompasses all kinds of slavery in our society. U.S. Federal poverty guidelines sets the level of poverty for an individual at $12,140 in a range from and to a family of 3 at $20,780 to a family of 6 at $33,740 to a family of 8 or more at $38,060. While this group of people, (the 20%) face paying 50% or more of their low-income in housing cost (rents), food, and Medical cost alone to even survive as an individual or family unit under the Federal poverty level guidelines set for 2019. A guideline set by the 2016 census, showing what the mean low-income is for those that are in poverty. Once set by the Fed’s, this guideline becomes a self-imposing factor that enslaves us to failure to rise above that poverty. Financial rules of law, lack of a living wage, rising cost of living, and financial aid programs, are constantly in a Yo Yo up and down flux to keep this group in slavery, whereas the upper 80% group and class of wealth remain unburdened by rent cost, food and medical cost. Taxes play a heavy role in keeping a rigid control of this poverty group within the Federal guidelines of poverty, while the wealthy pay less. As long as, the 80% remain in control of our nation’s wealth and government, will there always be a class of people living in slavery of poverty. As long as we remain subjects to this slavery, will we always be taken advantage of and robbed of a living wage, and control of our own financial fate. The emancipation of these slaves to our economy can only occur when those in control realize they can no longer be masters over the slaves that created this class of wealth and like Frankenstein’s monster. The monster rebelled and Frankenstein’s world tumbled. Guess who Frankenstein is in the 21st Century of in our nation?

It is a known fact that many of our elected officials in Washington are people of wealth, the upper 80% are Millionaires and Billionaires who control congress, and in their own rights are corporate owners or the like. Corporate owners who have to this date pay only 21% of their corporate taxes if any. Since the 1909, the corporate tax has declined from 52.80% to the current 21%. While corporate growth (New/Old) has increased from corporate wealth at Millions to Billions. Meanwhile, the individual income tax rate has remained at 35% to its highest at 39% to the current 37% over much of that same period. What this means is that U.S. Corporations, those who still remain legal corporates in this country pay less taxes on their wealth then the average individual income earner/worker does overhaul. Those that have the wealth control how much those with less earn. In reality, they enslave us by setting the rules of law that govern our economy and wealth. The battle for a Living Wage is a fierce battle to win, when those in congress, and the owners of our corporations, large and small businesses, have the power of congress behind them to see that a Living Wage will not take away their wealth and power of that wealth. Slavery of any kind is a state of having a Master over an enslaved people. The enslaved are unable to by the power of their master’s wealth break free of that slavery, as long as, the slave remains in a state of poverty. Our own U.S. History and Civil War has shown how a race of people where enslaved because wealth was the key factor for keeping slaves and creating laws that made it legal to have slaves. Slaves that where their workforce that created our emerging economy and landowners wealth since our Independence of the British commonwealth and its King. A work force that was literally free at the cost of a slave purchase and a meager meal. No wages paid, no medical cost paid, no responsibility for the human welfare of this workforce. Poverty at its worst where only a landowner provided a hovel to shelter in and rags on their back in lieu of wages.

What is different from then to what this Nation is going through today? Given the cost of the lowest wage and income today this would have been a royal treasure back in 1860 and earlier. In comparison to what today’s low wage would have been then, a landowner of slaves, or corporation would not have gained much wealth or power to enslave if they had to pay even a minimum wage. If that was so, then our countries wealth would have been stagnated when you consider the growth of wealth being limited because a person was then earning a wage and the landowner, corporations, businesses, and individual would have an even share of our nation’s wealth. But that is not what happened. When slavery ended at the end of the Civil War, a new kind of slavery was soon created to regain the loss of wealth that slavery earned the slave owner, corporations and the like. The Landowner is now a Landlord charging rents to former slaves. Corporations continued to grow in numbers and wealth, and government became a workplace for that wealth. Slavery to the economy controlled by the wealthy of the nation. That wealth increased on as the decrease of Corporate tax continued, while the increase of personal individual tax rose. Historically, there has always been poverty among any nation. Instead of the wealth of a nation emancipating those in poverty with the means of a Living Wage, control of Rents, and viable cost of living across the board. The wealth that controls government have traded places with the slave masters of the past to slave masters of the poor today.

The poverty guideline of $12,140 today (U.S. Federal Poverty Guidelines) would have been as I said a royal treasure back in 1860. Yet, given the 159 years since, the mean wealth of a landlord, Corporate owner, or business, in the $500,000 or more tax bracket has increased to a total of 900,000 entities who that tax bracket filed income taxes at the 39% rate of 2013. Money.com reports that in 2017, 1.1 million new Millionaires were created in the U.S. Which brings the total of Millionaires up to 15,356,000 or 1 in every 20 Americans. Visit Money.com discover for yourself the facts. These figures are a net worth after taxes and value of assets etc. Fact or not, I know personally more than 20 individuals, earning low-income or living on the streets in my community, or in shelter programs, and not one is a Millionaire, except maybe in their dreams. The number of those who’s earned income or source of income (disability) that fall under the poverty
