We don't know what it means to wait for the invitation without context. We're unclear on how to differentiate 'recognition' from 'attention.' And we have a tendency to feel stuck.

 

The bad news: we're susceptible to bitterness and exhaustion.

 

The good news: we're not at the mercy of other people.

 

Searching for human design information can be a tedious task. When I first began experimenting with my design, it was hard to find everything I needed to know about being a projector from one source. Although there is some helpful content out there, they typically either only scratched the surface of how to be a projector or they were incredibly expensive.

How I Came Across Human Design

My name is Fe Chi (fay-shy) and I am a ⅖ energy projector in human design.

Human design was randomly introduced to me back in 2017, but it didn’t begin to fascinate me until 2021. Finding out I was a projector felt both validating and frustrating. I knew following my design would make life easier, but I also knew it was going to take a lot of patience to surrender to my energy.

Typically, it takes 7 years for someone to complete the deconditioning cycle.

However, because the projector type is so rare, I believe there is value in learning from someone’s successes and failures in real time.

In no way am I claiming to be a human design guru. I am, however, claiming to be someone who can provide sensible insight into the life of a projector based on my own personal experiences. It’s important for projectors to have an idea of how waiting for the invitation plays out in real life situations.

My fascinations (and undefined G center) have led me to becoming a rapper, a music producer, professional wrestler, personal trainer, brand manager, digital marketer, a model, and much more.

Projectors can expect this eBook to cover various aspects of the projector life and get a better understanding of how this information can be applied to their own life.

What it Means to be a Projector in Human Design

Projectors are meant to guide energy types.

The energy types are manifesting generators and pure generators. They are referred to as energy types because of their defined sacral center. Projectors aren’t necessarily here to guide the other non-energy types, such as manifestors and reflectors, but they can do so with the right invite.

A projector’s strategy is to wait for the invitation.

In human design, strategy and authority refers to an energetic approach.

Although every projector must wait for the invite, their individual authority will differ. These authorities are: emotional, splenic, mental, self-projected and ego.
