Whispers from the Willow Tree - Bronnie Ware
Gwen was aware she was wasting too much time on Instagram, but it was sometimes the relaxing distraction she needed – and not all of her scrolling was pointless. There was a guy she followed called Dr David Hamilton. He was a scientist who translated complicated things into everyday language. Gwen found his videos fascinating.
