Preface
To make this world accessible, one must be aware of what accessibility really means. Most people in India do not know what accessibility is, and they often mistake it for human support and assistance. Even those who are aware do not know that accessibility is a legal right, and the few who know that it is a right do not feel the need to respect it. The response to accessibility requests is, therefore, more often than not, silence, delay, or denial.
